New arrival at Draconian palace

[back in the Draconians kingdom]

         Raph was never one to just sit around and do nothing all day, and he was so glad that Vicky was not that type of princess. As they walked down the castle hall, Raph wondered what she was doing all those days she was gone? Yet before he could ask a single question... they stepped onto a balcony overlooking the training yard where the soldiers of the Draconian army were sparring. 

        Raph's eyes widened but not at the sheer number of warriors... It was because they were all female Draconians, and they were all sparring as if to kill, "I can now understand why its a bad idea to piss off a female Draconian... why are we here spitfire?"

          Vicky smiled then turned out to the crowd of fighting warriors, "DRAGONIGHTS! ASSEMBLE!"

           Each warrior stopped what they were doing and faced Vicky like it was automatic, Vicky then surprised Raph by saying, "The Tortuga before you is your new teacher in the art of battle... he is also my mate so keep your claws off him. Treat him as a senior officer or myself... but remember, not one of you is to flirt with him or so help me I will personally rip your heart out as it still beats."

         At that moment, Raph has never felt more in love with Vicky than when she threatened a group of highly trained warriors and they were actually showing fear! That was what did it for Raph as he grabbed Vicky's wrist and yanked her flush against his chest as he leaned down and kissed her fiercely. Loud whoops and hollering of approval could be heard from the troops below.

         When Raph and Vicky stopped kissing to actually breathe, he smirked deviously as he tucks a stray strand of hair behind her ear, "You are so sexy when you are fired up... have I ever told you that?"

                      "I believe it was something along those lines, yet it's always good to be praised by you." Vicky said as she smiled mischievously. 

                       "Victoria Stragabon..." Vicky knew that voice and cringed slightly.... it was her birth mother and the Queen of the Draconians, Valora Stragabon, "What have we said about making rash decisions?"

          Valora Stragabon was a beautiful older draconian female, with lilac colored scales and gorgeous deep emerald green eyes with cat-like pupils. She had no wings to speak of but had two long sculpted black horns that curved up and out of her head of pale blonde hair as if it was her very own crown. She was about to scold Vicky some more when suddenly the ground shook as if something massive was walking towards the palace. Everyone rushed to a window or the palace gates just to figure out what was coming… And from the looks of it, it was an interdimensional parade from the land of the thunder birds. A giant thunder phoenix sat atop one huge land dragon as it stomped its way towards the palace. For some reason, the queen straightened her back and let out a heavy sigh.

                  "What is it mother?" Vicky asked with concern.

          Valora looked at the parade approaching and said,"The Thunderbirds are here for some sort of huge announcement… No one mentioned this to me, I hate surprises."
