Another Witch?

(Later that night, above ground)

        Leo and Raph were sitting on a roof, doing surveillance as New York was their city and they had a deal with the chief of police to do surveillance every so often to keep foot soldiers under control. Not that Leo was complaining, but Raph was being a little to…. Relaxed and not all ready to kill people. Leo was a little nervous around this new Raph. 

                    "Ok, what the shell has gotten into you Raph?" Leo asked abruptly, "You're usually so hot headed and…"

                    "Ever feel like… I dunno?" Raph stares off into the distance and sighs, "Like, the girls came to us for a reason… like we are meant to protect them.."

          Leo gives Raph a confused look, but he understood where he was coming from. Yet he wondered what caused this revelation in Raph. 

         Suddenly, Casey appeared on the roof they were on, "Yo! Raph! Leo! What's up bros? Whoa, hang on… Raph there is something different about you."

           Raph looked confused, "Whatcha mean Casey?"

                  "I mean you don't look so uptight and angry anymore…" Casey said then snapped his fingers in realization, "I got it! You got laid!"

           Raph stiffened and his eyes widened, he then said through gritted teeth, "You do realize we are on a rooftop and I am a 6 foot tall turtle who can easily toss you off this roof…"

           Casey lifts his hands in surrender and backs away for good measure, "Hey, not here to start trouble, but congrats man."

                      "Shut up Jones…" Raph grumbled as he went to sit on the edge of the building.

          Just then a portal opens on the roof across from them and out steps a strange woman who was followed by a warlock named… Abram Pennington.

                   "Now where is the target, Mr.Pennington?" The woman was a witch named Jetta Brood and was a formidable foe.

            Her jet black hair was in a braid and she wore the slave choker that marked her as a servant to Abram. Her outfit was a simple black long sleeve turtleneck, black stretchy jeans, and black combat boots. 

                      "Those turtles across the rooftops…" Abram said as he motioned to Raph and Leo on the other rooftops, who were oblivious to their presence, "They are your targets. Eliminate them and all obstacles no matter the cost, don't disappoint me Jetta."

           Jetta nodded as she mentally prepared herself to be her worst self, and with that Abram disappeared in another portal. Jetta was now across the roof due to a teleportation spell but something felt off about the situation… there was a human there with the turtles and conversing with them like friends? She couldn't kill a fellow human! Not even if her master made her… she had to think of a way around this and fast! Wait… weren't there two turtles?!

            Suddenly she was pinned to the wall roughly and she could feel cold steel against her throat, "Who are you and why are you spying on me and my brother?"

           Jetta clenched her jaw in frustration as she had no choice but to surrender and hoped to find a way to save the witches from her fate, "My name is Jetta Brood, I am a witch summoned to this world against my will…"

                   {Not entirely a lie but if I spill the whole truth the collar's defense systems will activate. I have to save those witches!} She thought desperately to herself.

                "I heard the hero's of New York are taking in refugees like me… was I wrong?" She asked, hoping the sword would be put away soon.

                 "Hey, Leo just let the poor lady go." Casey remarked, "Besides…. She's kinda hot."

        This earned him a smack upside the head from Raph, "Ya got a girlfriend ya dumbass."
