26.) Hell Paradise pt.4

After the glare of the flashy neon lights disappeared from Dawn's eyesight, she had stepped inside of another room. Yet this room was only furnished with an expansive bed, where Jerry lounged on the blue silk sheets, sea blue walls, and gold interior at every corner. Straddling his waist was Diva, who turned her head when she sensed the two intruders.

"Come on! Baby girl was getting to the best part!" grumbled Jerry. His shirt, left open, revealed his unimpressive flabby chest.

The outfit Diva wore this time had the same color theme as her last one but reminded Dawn of lingerie with its black lace trim and gold beads sewed onto it. Reminding her of a beautiful picture of a siren she once saw in her past.

"I wasn't expecting an audience. What shall I do with them, my dear master?" Diva removed herself from Jerry's body and stood in front of the bed.

"Diva, you know the rules, no intruders." Jerry ran a frustrated hand through his gelled black hair. The light from the floating lanterns glinted off the silver metal collar forced onto Diva's slender neck.

"I understand." Right when Dawn heard those words, she triggered her Soul Contract with Rin.

Before Diva's water attack could injure Dawn, a burst of cool air froze it. "Water vs. Ice! This should be an interesting battle!" Dawn stepped out from the cool icy breeze. Just like her transformation with Neko-chan, there were alterations to her appearance.

Dawn's brown locks were now a beautiful silvery-blue color positioned into a elegant ponytail. Her eyes were the color of a sky blue topaz. Enrobed in an elaborate snow themed outfit that made her appear graceful yet ready to do battle.

Diva said nothing but smiled before launching powerful blasts of water in Dawn's direction. The first two Dawn managed to dodge, and she froze the last one.

"Come on, Baby Girl, hurry up and finish off this shrimp so we can get back to having fun with each other!" Jerry ordered and leaned against the headboard, hands folded behind the back of his head.

"Know what, now that I get a good look at the shrimp, dressed up like that, she isn't too bad looking!" Jerry leered at Dawn's body, which exposed part of her smooth brown skin, cleavage included, and highlighted her figure.

Such a tactless response from the perv caused anger to boil from within Dawn. A majority of it came from Rin. "Calm down, Rin! We can't let that idiot rat get the best of us." Her words instantly calmed down the raising tide that was building up from deep within her.

'Sorry, Mistress! Just hearing such blunt disrespect, not to mention how that fool's eyes linger on you, makes me want to puck his eyeballs from his sockets.'

Rin apologized for his behavior, but his murderous intention towards Jerry still burned strong. "Believe it or not, you and I both feel that way!" laughed Dawn, summoning an intricate shield of ice to protect her from the scythe-like blades of water Diva hurled at her.

"It's not a good look for a lady to be seen talking to herself, dear," said Diva.

"What does it matter to you? Besides, I know the only reason you're doing this is because of that ugly collar around your neck!" Dawn's retort made Diva's eyes widen with incredulity.

"How do you know about this?" For the first time since Dawn encountered Diva, anger visibly clouded the woman's gorgeous teal blue eyes.

"The system can be used to identify various things, such as the trinket around your neck. Obviously, it clashed with your outfit, so I was curious. But now I want to know how a jackass like that managed to trap a {Demon Slave Collar} on you?"

Dawn's revelation made Jerry's expression mirror Diva's. The ex-gangster instantly disregarded his former ideas towards the younger girl. "Disregard what I said before, my lovely pet! Kill that girl! A girl who knows too much is not my type! Only those who are obedient to me deserve my care and protection," ordered Jerry. Diva's blue lips pulled into a cruel smirk as water rose from the ground.

"Your wish is my command, Master."

Back inside the strip club room, Sugar was in the middle of performing her song. A heavy rap beat bounce off the walls of the room as the battle from before continued. Neko-chan was battling the skinny snake man who kept trying to tie the feline down by using the snakes he could summon from his body.

Lily wasn't faring too well either, the fight keeping her on her toes as she leaped out of the way. She dodged yet another one of the hulk-like man's punches that were putting dents into the walls and floors.

Before the monster invasion, Hulk Man, whose real name was Ted, was a formidable fighter known for his strength. A strength that was only amplified when his banker bestowed a portion of his power onto him.

Lily shot arrows in the man's direction, only for him to deflect them using his brute strength. Charging straight at her, he sent her flying with a single punch of his fist. Bracing both hands on the floor, Lily coughed up blood and glared at the man.

"Okay, this has gotta stop," muttered Lily as she picked herself off the ground. An animal's whine drew her attention, and she stared horrified when she saw Neko-chan's body wrapped in a cocoon of snakes.

"Kitty!" Lily called out but once again was sent flying when a punch to her jaw broke a tooth. She painfully landed on top of the stage.

"Oh no, are you okay, sweetie~?" said a high-pitched, concerned voice. Sliding down the pole, a girl with bubblegum pink hair and eyes to match reached towards Lily.

"Yeah, I'm fine!" Standing back on her feet, Lily spit out the blood she could taste in her mouth and clenched her weapon. "I went through hell to reach this far, so no way am I going to lose to a person like you!" Lily's bow began giving off a yellow radiance. Freckles of light rained down on her as even the whites of her eyes lit up.

"Goddess of the Hunt, hear my cry. Grant me justice and power! My trustworthy companions, who serve at my side, rip at this man's flesh until there is nothing left!"

Lily shot out two arrows that took the form of wolves, locking their eyes on their prey. The beasts growled before pouncing on him, following their master's command. Their teeth sunk into Ted's flesh, ripping off his arms and feeding on the screaming man's flesh.

Ready to assist Neko-chan, Lily pointed her weapon at the snake man, only to see that there was no need for her to interfere. After Neko-chan freed herself by allowing flames to erupt from her body, the snakes burned and fell to the ground. Before the snake-like man could take in what happened, Neko-chan had already stabbed her teeth in the man's neck.
