"I choose both of them, it's my power nothing is stopping me from choosing both," I stated firmly while staring at the black screen with golden text floating in front of me. Suddenly the screen shone a golden light before it slowly died down revealing new text.

An ability born from the fusion of D rank skill Minor Regeneration and D+ rank Minor Life Steal, causing the skill to grow not only in power but usefulness as well.
Active mode: Steal your opponent's health, healing you while simultaneously weakening your opponent. You are able to steal 3% of your opponent's health, the longer you attack the more you would be able to steal, with a max of 30% with this skill level.
Passive mode: Heals non-life-threatening wounds with enough time, the more serious the wound the longer it takes. The skill nullifies the need for water or food. It can't regrow lost limbs nor will it reform your body from nothing, your brain needs to be intact for skill to work. Higher-level regeneration requires higher-tier wishes. ]

"Absolutely!" I answered without hesitation, suddenly a warm sensation went throughout my whole body and foreign knowledge entered my mind which I sucked (sus) in like a sponge to water. The knowledge basically taught me how to use my new skill and contained its basic uses.
While I was digesting my newfound knowledge body was healing at a speed visible to the naked eye, and my fractured bones were snapping back into place while simultaneously healing. The little bruises on my body also healed instantly.
Once I finished digesting the info I finally realized my body was already healed and was in peak condition. 'Amazing,' I couldn't help but think while marveling at the speed at the I healed at.

A series of dings rang inside my mind as I watched the evening sun, 'almost a full day since I transmigrated here huh,' I thought, who would have thought I would wake up as a dragon of all things.
I sat in silence as I watched the sun slowly set, which was a breathtaking view in my opinion sometimes some birds would fly by while other times some rabbits would come near before running off when I glared at them. Im not trusting cute things until I figure out which world am in.
I slowly fell asleep on top of a tree branch I flew to.

As Josuke slept, in his mind sounded millions of voices, all wishing for something each.
"I wish I had food.."
"Wish you could be here mommy..."
"I want to see daddy again!"
"I wish...the war...*sniff* was over!"

Millions of other wishes ringed in his head causing him to open his eyes wide while drenched in sweat. He fell off the tree branch he was on while clenching his head tightly, "what the...*pant*...fuck... *pant*...was that?!" he screamed, the unbearable amount of wishes that entered his mind all at once caused him an excruciating amount of pain which was slowly subsiding because of his passive regeneration.
He slowly stopped rolling around on the ground in pain before wiping the sweat off his head. 'What was that?' he thought to himself, 'why did I suddenly hear so many wishes at once? that wasn't happening all day, why now?' his train of thought continued. So my questions with so few answers.
'I know I'm a Wish Dragon but that was too much, I wonder if that's what Shenron has to go through all the time,' he thought slowly standing on all fours, he looked up to the night sky and saw the full moon shining brightly causing his body to stiffen up, freezing in place.
His eyes shone bright orange, while his body started rapidly expanding. His wings grow from their previous 1 meter to 21 meters and his claws, and horns also grow in length, causing him to also shone orange. His body expanded from its previous 0.5 meters to 25 meters, crushing the trees around him under his weight.
A/N: 1m is 3ish ft. 21m is 68ish ft. 0.5m is 1.7ish ft. and finally 25m is 82ish ft.
He lost conciseness as soon as his body started expanding, he look up to the stary night sky before releasing a devasting roar that sent shockwaves that unrooted many trees.

When I came to I found myself laying in a deep crater with my status screen floating over me, 'what happened? all I remember was experiencing a great amount of pain when I suddenly got an influx of wishes,' I thought while holding my head with my paw. I looked at my status screen to only see I leveled up, 'wait wtf how?' I thought.
