8 Juggernaut
In a SHIELD Base....
Agent Phil Coulson was seen walking towards an office with purpose holding a multiple files and a laptop. Opening the door to the office revealed Nick Fury, Director of SHIELD.
"Sir, the Long Island incident has spread." Agent Coulson set down the files and opened the laptop showing the state of New York.
"There has been multiple sightings of criminals being frozen, locked in ice, or otherwise incapacitated with ice." Agent Coulson showed news reports, and images of crime scenes and criminals being held in ice.
"Its being reported in Long Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and New York. Guy's all over the place." Agent Coulson reported and then pulled out facial composites of eyewitnesses. "His face is being obscured by ice, no clear picture. People have started calling him Iceman."
Agent Coulson finished his report and waited on his boss' reaction. Nick Fury who had his back turned while Coulson was doing his report, turned around and looked Agent Coulson with his one good eye.
"Find him." He ordered. "The next time the temperature drops to below 50 degrees anywhere in the country, I want agents there."
"Yes sir." Agent Coulson nodded and walked out. While Nick Fury turned back around and looked at the construction of a SHIELD helicarrier out his window.

In the Danger Room....
Sweat was filling the puddle on the ground beneath me as I was doing my last set of hand stand push ups, my body was shining with sweat toning my muscles. In the corner of the room Emma was sitting on the floor with books all around her, but her full attention was on my moving figure.
Coming down from my last push up I notice Emma still staring. "You know if you wanna graduate early too, you have to actually read the books." I snapped her out of her daze and moved on to my next workout.
"Well its kinda hard to concentrate with all of that going on." She replied gesturing to all of me. "I've only been here for two weeks and all I've seen you do is workout and go to your lab."
I began to practice on shifting my ice to water as I continued to talk to her, "I've got nothing else to do."
"You could hang out with me or help me study at night." She offered to me expectantly.
"Sorry, but I'm a bit busy during the night. Besides you're smarter than me." I rejected her offer while trying to turn a puddle of water into a cloud.
Emma rolled her eyes at me, "Yeah...yeah..sure whatever you say 'Iceman'."
I stood frozen and looked at her, "What?"
"You think I don't know about your late night activities fighting crime." She accused me, "You're all over the news! 'Mysterious Man made of Ice stops gangbangers!'" She said quoting headlines.
I rub the back of my head and chuckle nervously, "I kinda forgot they would do a report on me." I said honestly, "I thought people would been more interested on the missing Tony Stark."
Emma puffed her cheeks in anger, "You should've at least told me." Her eyes softened, "We're friends. Friends tell each other secrets." Throughout Emma's stay we have been getting closer as she has no one else to talk to her age.
"Yeah sorry but I'm new to the whole superhero thing, I only started like a month ago." I admitted, "By the way how's the mind games going with Xavier?"
Emma puffed out her chest and smiled proudly, "I am in control of my mind now and I can even try to look at other people's past memories."
I scrunch my face up and sit down in front of Emma, "Look into my memories." I said seriously, "There's been something thats bugging me lately."
Emma tilted her head in confusion but agreed to it anyways, "Sure, but are you looking for something specific."
My eyes hardened and spoke in an even tone, "My parents death."
Emma's eyes widened at my request and she hesitated, "A-are you sure about this Robb? If I find it, you will experience some emotional pain."
"Do it."
She nodded her head and reached out to touch her fingers onto my temples. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Her closed eyelids moving about skimming through memory after memory.
*Ding Ding Ding Ding*
The alarms on the mansion security sounded out interrupting our memory search as both of our eyes flew open. [Robert, Emma please come to the security room.] Professor Xavier's telepathic voiced rang in our heads.
Getting up I put my shirt back on and head up to the security room, noticing Emma still on the floor looking dazed I called out to her, "Oi! Frosty lets go."
Emma recovered from her daze and followed Robert. But in her head she can't shake off the feeling that Robert's memories of his parents death aren't real.
Arriving at the security room I see Logan and Storm suited up in their X-men uniforms.
"What's happening? And where's my super suit?" I asked. Professor X smiled and gestured towards a neatly folded suit.
It was a black leather suit with ice blue highlights with gloves and an X at the belt. 'Niceee, now I don't have to go out in jeans and a hoodie anymore.' I thought to myself, 'Could add a jacket to it though.'
Emma looked around asked where her suit is too, but Xavier apologized saying he didn't have time to order it yet.
"So what's happening we going on a mission finally?" I asked eagerly.
"No." Professor X shook his head.
"Then why are we all geared up?" My eyebrows scrunch in confusion. There was a loud crash towards the front of the mansion. Storm pulled out the security cameras showing a large muscular man with a massive rounded helmet.
"Cain Marko. My half brother." Professor X informed us.
"Otherwise known as the Juggernaut." Storm pointed out while Logan growled.
"What why is he coming here?!" Emma asked frantically.
"I assume he has been freed by Magneto and sent here to retrieve Ms. Frost." Professor X guessed.
Emma's eyes widened with fear as she started shaking, I noticed her fear and put a hand on her shoulder. "Hey don't worry, Iceman's gonna chill him out." I reassured her throwing in a joke to calm her down.
Heading out with Logan and Storm to confront the juggernaut, I crack some bones and loosen up my body to get ready. Emma tried to follow but was held back by Xavier saying it was too dangerous for her.
[You must remove his helmet.] Professor Xavier's voice echoed in our minds, [I will be able to subdue him once the helmet is off.]
As the Juggernaut's heavy steps arrived at the mansions front door Storm tried to negotiate with him, "Leave the premises immediately or you will be forced to leave." She warned.
"Hahahahaha!" Cain laughed at the threat, "Just give me the girly and the disabled old man. Or else." He threatened back.
Logan immediately charged towards the Juggernaut, while I turned into my ice form and shot myself up into the air. Storm's eyes turned electric blue as she charged up electricity and gusts of wind.
The Juggernaut roared and charged at us, using his large arms and hands to smack Logan to the side and catching me. He tried to throw me but found his hand incased in ice.
Hearing the crackle of thunder he looked towards Storm to see she is surround by a mini tornado and a bolt of lightning came out of her body striking him on the chest knocking him back.
The Juggernaut smirks under his helmet as he charges straight towards Storm.
Seeing Juggernauts charging form, Storm sends out blasts of concentrated air to stop him.
As come back to my feet I super freeze the ground in front of him. Noticing the frozen ground Storm summons the rain and the ice becomes more slippery.
The Juggernaut powers through the slippery ground but starts to slide forward because of the frozen ground. Wolverine comes running back and I launched him towards Juggernaut's back.
He digs his adamantium claws into Juggernaut's muscled lower back.
"Aaarrggghh!!" Cain Marko screams as he topples forward from our excellent teamwork.
Storm and I come forward and try to undo the latches on his helmet while he was down. Getting one latch unlocked his big meaty hand shoots out and grabs Storm throwing her on a wall knocking her out.
"STORM!!" Emma comes out and checks on Ororo, while Cain struggles to get up he grabs a distracted Iceman in his hands and starts squeezing.
With his other hand he rips Logan out of his back causing him to scream in pain and quickly throws him over mansion, crash landing onto the roof of the mansion.
"NO ONE STOPS THE JUGGERNAUT!" He bellowed out. With me still in his hand he continues squeezing my body.
"AHHHHH!!" I scream out in pain as the ice around my body start to crack.
"WAIT! STOP!" Emma comes running over in front of Cain Marko begging him to stop, "Please stop! Just take me and leave!" Tears started to sprout from her eyes.
He stops crushing me and looks Emma dead in the eyes. "No." He started to squeeze harder but found that his hand was just going through water.
"B*ITCH!" I cursed out appearing in between him and Emma. My ice blue eyes flash bright red as I summon an ice pillar carrying the Juggernaut and sending him crashing on the ground 15 feet away.
I quickly jump onto his body and summon all the rain and water on to my hand. Controlling the water to fill up the inside of the Juggernauts helmet I super freeze his eye and mouth holes on his helmet. Backing away I waited and watched.
"Fight smart, not hard." I quipped to him.
Cain Marko starts to panic as the water in his helmet prevents him from breathing. Panicking he fails his arms out blindly trying to hit me. Failing he tries to remove his helmet but I freeze his hands to the ground and watch him suffer.
"ROBERT!!" Professor X's voice yelled out. I turn to look at him my eyes still shining bright red in my ice form and my face blank. He looks aghast and was about to use his powers on me, until Emma connected our minds.
[Robb...please, stop. Come back.] Blinking my eyes, they turn back to their usual icy blue. Professor X stops and sighs in relief as soon as he sees the change.
"Robert please let Cain go." Xavier pleaded. "We do not kill."
I look back and to the unmoving body of Juggernaut, my eyes widened in horror as I manipulate the water out of his helmet and lungs. I quickly walk away needing some alone time.
