All of them remained silent as they waited for the staff to put glasses of tea on the table.
"Is there any problem?" Blake asked right away the moment they were alone.
Margaret shook her head, denying. "No, nothing is wrong. Thank you for your help. We are finally living our life without being chased by the loan shark." She said while looking at her hands that were clasped together.
"Then, what made both of you come here today?" Blake went straight to the point. It might sound rude but he had a lot of things happening today that he didn't have time to waste.
"Ah," Margaret pursed her lips and glanced at Rowan by her side. "We have something to tell you."
Blake gulped. He didn't know why he felt like he was not ready to hear anything at that moment. Even though the thoughts in his mind were different, his head still nodded.
