Nathen slumped down on the ground and closed his eyes.

Rose quickly came before him and asked with concern."Are you okay?"

"I am just fine. I am just overwhelmed." Nathen said with his eyes closed.

He only imagined this type of fantastical fight in his dreams and saw it on TV or the Internet. But he has finally witnessed it himself, and he was the one who did it. It was a totally otherworldly feeling for him.

Rose froze upon hearing that, then giggled. "You would be. It was your first fight against monsters, and such a difficult one at that."

"But don't worry. This won't happen every time." She said it with assurance.

Nathen forced a smile on his face."I really doubt that."

"I am actually jealous of you." She suddenly said that as she slumped beside Nathen.

"Why?" Nathen asked curiously. 'She should have almost everything in life. Why is she jealous of me?'

"I wanted my first adventure as a hunter to be like this, a dangerous, exciting, thrilling, and fun time with friends. But I didn't get any of that. My family won't let such a thing happen to their offspring. What if they died doing that? They would lose a contender for the ownership." She said a tint of sadness.

"Do you know? The environment of a business company could be a modern-day power struggle, just like those great kingdoms in the past. I don't want that, but I have to, because that is the only thing that can make me go forward."

"Really?" Nathen looked up at the sky and asked himself.

Rose quickly wiped away the small tear that was to come and stood up. She looked down at Nathen with a smile. "Now, let's leave this place. I want to take a shower."

"Yeah, you're right." Nathen stood up, then he remembered something else. "Don't we have to loot the huts or something? Or see if any valuable item is dropped by the bosses? You know this is a mutated dungeon."

"Uhh.." Rose awkwardly opened her mouth and didn't know what to say. She bonked her head and said."Yes, let's go. I was just in the feel, that's why I forgot."

"Haha.." Nathen chuckled out loud. "That happens to me too. It's okay."

Firstly, they walked toward the staff that the goblin elder dropped; instead of the huts.

While walking, Nathen checked his reward.

Also, he didn't think he should sell it to someone, as he might get killed or robbed instantly when they knew that he got it from a mutated dungeon. He could give it to Rose, but she didn't need it now.

'Yes,' Nathen said it in his mind and immediately a wave of the information entered his soul. It was like the time he received his other two rewards from the system.

Then he checked his new skill.

'Its name changed, Maybe because of my ability.' Nathen pondered silently.

They also arrived before the goblin elder's staff. Rose picked the inspected the staff.

"This looks like trash." Nathen couldn't help but comment.

Rose also agreed with him. "Yes, you are right. My staff, which I really didn't want to use, has a 25% mana buff and other effects too."

Nathen rolled his eyes after hearing that. "You know this item may seem bad in our eyes but many people would be happy with this much buff. Not everyone is as rich as you."

Rose glared at him."And why is it bad in your eyes?"

"Because it doesn't qualify to wield my power," Nathen said proudly.

Nathen also agreed that, other than the strength, he needed money to survive in this world too.

"You can find it yourself in a dungeon or buy it from an auction. You won't find storage rings publicly as nobody wants to sell them." Rose said as she showed off the ring in front of Nathen's eyes.

Nathan said with deadpan eyes. "Who cares? I don't need it."

He actually didn't need it, as the system just informed him he had an infinite storage space.

"Anyway, let's get out, or I might die of cringe from your bragging." After saying that, Nathen walked away to the portal.

Rose's fuse exploded after hearing that. She ran toward him and yelled at him in anger. "You just wait, Nathen!"
