Sorry for not completing the chapter I had a terrible migraine so couldn't check or correct it plz read the bottom part for conclusion.
Max finally had some peace of mind after eating his fill but he finally realized he got addicted growing his strength and tempering his body.
Max started get frustrated as he hit a bottleneck. He tried different ways of training his body actually Max was a huge martial arts fanatic although he was never physically fit he always tried out new techniques and training exercises form various martial arts.
So new training plan since normal exercises aren't working I will tie sand bags to my legs to make hard for me to move.
1)I will run with a back pack I will make out of jute for durability and I will fill the bag with stones.
2)I will do 4000 punches with 3 kg sandbags tied to my hands.
3)I will do 3000 kicks with 4 kilo bags tied to my legs.
4)I will do hand stand laps around the field.
5)i will do horse stand with weights on my thighs.
6) then i will do rock climbing in the near by hills it should help me train my entire body .
ones I get good at it I can carry weight while climbing.
7)I can use the mud field used by the pigs increase the difficulty in cardio as it will provide a lot of resistance while moving.
8) I can just swim upstream in the river to train my stamina.
With all this I can at least last until I turn I turn 6 y/o.
Well for those who are curious I turned into a really ripped toddler with defined muscles.
iI actually made my parents worry about what happen to me.
They went to the village healer and had me tested he assured them that o was normal and told them that my muscles were just developming faster than normal.Not only have I started the new exercises. I also tried out all martial art moves I remember from my training in my old world. the first martial art I came into contact is grappling. since we need a training partner for grappling. I just made groove on a trunk which was the same high as me and trained.
Then I trained in taekwondo although taekwondo mainly concentrates on kicks I started will regular round house kicks then push kicks, at last I learnt taekwondo exclusive tornado kick, 270 degree spin kick,flip kicks,axe kick, hook leg lock.
Then I trained in boxing and just so that you know the old world max is actually good at his upper body fighting skills so he learned them pretty fast moves like jab,hook,uppercut,lower cut.
Then he trained in karate he mainly concentrated on unorthodox strikes like chops,palm strikes,finger strikes, hammer strikes with hand,knife strikes with hand and breathing regulation.
He then trained in kickboxing he mainly concentrated on power moves like jump kicks and superman punches.
He then trained in judo he mainly concentrated on throws, tackles, and locks.
After training in all the moves he felt really happy as he was able to replicate a lot of moves and techniques.Although it might feel like a normal thing for others to feel physically fit and flexible. I must remind everyone that M.c was a fatso who was bullied by everyone including his family. being able to successfully perform a few martial arts moves with out his pot belly stopping his kicks and thick thighs that don't let him move fastly brought a great sense of satisfaction.
