MINUTES IN PRISON

We pull away and make our way to New Jersey, and we’ll be there around one and half hours. I finally leave Queens and back to my town after a long time, it’s almost 8 PM and I’ll be locked in prison in the next few hours. My dad keeps calling his friend and asked him about my private prison room. They considerate put me into the private prison in the middle of the night so that no one would see how that corrupt people do their job.

“You good?” Rosa checking on me from the front seat next to my dad, she keeps asking me the same question over and over again to make sure that I’m alright. “Yeah, don’t worry” I respond. I’m not scared of prison, I’m not scared of everything, my head hurts and it always happens since something strange happens to me last month. “Huk…huk…” I coughed and will immediately throw up. “Hey, hey? Are you okay? Dad stops the car!” Rosa exclaims.
