Broken Promises

Nate knocked on Paige door while waiting for a reply before he comes in and deliver his surprise for her

" Come in " he finally heard a reply after waiting for about thirty seconds.

He quickly unlocked the door fast as he made his way inside.

" Good morning Sunshine " he said trying to create a romantic mood after all the uneasy conversations they had last night about how Paige have to leave there child after three years.

It was not really being easy for Nate also he has gotten so used to Paige being around that he forgot a part of the contract.

Which states she would leave after three years so the child won't be too attached to her real mother.

Nate had a sleepless night yesterday and was the reason he slept on the couch.

Alone with his thoughts but no matter what he thought about he could not think of anything essential that could prolong her stay.

So for now he decide to enjoy every moment they had together like it was the last.
