Forced by condition

"Hiruzen!!! I won't let you do that!" Harumi chased after Hiruzen who rushed off to Katsuhi's room.

Katsuhi, curled up on the bed, gasped and convulsed softly when Hiruzen slammed the door to Katsuhi's room. Katsuhi looked up with a weak head movement. She had no appetite for several days, making her physically weak.

"Dad...." Katsuhi called Hiruzen softly, Katsuhi didn't put up much resistance because she didn't know Hiruzen's intention to abort Katsuhi's womb.

"Katsuhi, I brought you a medicine. It's a good medicine to make you feel calmer," said Hiruzen.

Harumi banged on the door of Katsuhi's room so hard, that she couldn't enter Katsuhi's room because Hiruzen locked the door from the inside. Hiruzen already had the initiative to block the entrance to Katsuhi's room.

"Dad, why did you lock Mama outside?" asked Katsuhi. Of course, she was confused by why her father locked the two of them in the room and didn't allow Harumi to enter the room.

"Your mother suspected me that I would punish you, even though I only wanted to give you this," said Hiruzen while handing a bottle of medicine to Katsuhi.

Katsuhi was helped by Hiruzen and then sat on the edge of the bed, holding the medicine bottle in his hand.

"Drink, it's medicine to improve your feelings. I know you've been feeling very anxious and scared lately, but this medicine will calm you down. It's an anti-depressant," Hiruzen explained to Katsuhi. Hiruzen did his best to make Katsuhi believe his words.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HIRUZEN?! YOU'LL ONLY REGRET IT IF YOU DO THAT!! YOU ARE HAPPY WHEN YOU KILL OUR GRANDCHILD!! STOP THAT, HIRUZEN!!!"

Katsuhi was surprised, her mother shouted that loudly indicating that Harumi wasn't playing games or she was just suspicious. As soon as Katsuhi's confidence dropped dramatically, Katsuhi was afraid to drink the medicine in her hand.

Hiruzen put the bag on the table, he didn't need it now. And Hiruzen was rushing not to go to the office. The perception of the people who saw Hiruzen preparing to leave seemed to have misjudged Hiruzen's intentions.

"Dad, why mother say such a thing?" Katsuhi asked her father. "Don't lie to me, Dad."

Katsuhi's lips trembled. She cried these days easily, for something trivial could make Katsuhi sad.

Hiruzen's face looks tense, Katsuhi will refuse Hiruzen's request if he knows that Hiruzen intends to abort Katsuhi's womb. Yes, the medicine is a Cytotec. It is a type of medicine that is easily available in pharmacies or clinics. Still, of course there are several steps to get the drug because the drug is classified as a drug that cannot be used by just anyone without permission or a prescription from a doctor. Hiruzen had also asked this obstetrician and got a prescription from the doctor, because coincidentally the doctor was someone he knew.

"Katsuhi, do I look suspicious? Why do people around me always suspect me. Just so you know, it's not easy to get a medicine like your mother said."

Katsuhi has always found that his father is honest. Katsuhi couldn't choose between her father's and mother's words. Both of them felt that Katsuhi was right, no one was lying, and that made him even more in a dilemma.

Katsuhi was sure that the drug was an anti-depressant, but what happened was that Hiruzen had already exchanged the label for an anti-depressant that he had also bought at the pharmacy. Hiruzen had anticipated that Katsuhi would be suspicious of the medicine he brought.

"It's your choice, you can believe me or not. It's all your choice," said Hiruzen.

Hiruzen then left Katsuhi alone. He purposely gave Katsuhi space to think, it was all he did so he wouldn't look suspicious. Meanwhile, Hiruzen rushed out before Harumi could sneak in when the door to Katsuhi's room opened.

"Hiruzen, have you gone mad? Let me in," Harumi asked. "Or at least if you don't let me in, you can stop Katsuhi. You gave Katsuhi an abortion medicine, right?"

Harumi guessed, she didn't care if her guess was right or wrong, what Harumi wanted was for Hiruzen to realize that his decision was wrong.

"Harumi, this is for Katsuhi's sake. Katsuhi has the right to be happy by enjoying her golden age," said Hiruzen. "If she has a child too soon, then she can't enjoy her life. If only she had a child after she married Sei, then I would really accept that, but unfortunately she got pregnant without any clarity. Even Katsuhi doesn't know who the baby's father is, what do you want to defend from that, hm? Once the medicine takes effect, we can immediately take him to the hospital to perform a curettage on Katsuhi's uterus."

"You're cruel, Hiruzen. You... You... You're not the Hiruzen I know," Harumi said. She sobbed in front of her husband. "I don't want Katsuhi's pregnancy to be aborted because I am also a mother, I was pregnant with a child for nine months. And when I saw my husband wanting to abort my daughter's womb by force, it made my heart broke. Are we too weak to take care of one more family member? Are we too poor to support one more family member? Is this house too small to accommodate one more family? Answer me, Hiruzen!"

Harumi wept bitterly, she never wanted her beloved daughter to get pregnant without having a husband. Still, Harumi knew her child didn't want to experience that either. Only Harumi and Hiruzen are Katsuhi's hopes in living her life after this as a mother.

Hiruzen was stunned, flabbergasted by all of his wife's words. Only this time Hiruzen felt so guilty in his life, he had just lied to his daughter and intended to kill his grandchild. That is a heinous act.

"ACKK!! IT HURTS!!!"

There was the sound of something falling in Katsuhi's room, Hiruzen and Harumi rushed in there to help Katsuhi.
