19 fighting Vasco

In the morning, Jin, Rose, and Eli arrived at school in Rose's sleek black car. The engine purred softly as they pulled into the school parking lot.

As they stepped out of the vehicle, Jin surveyed the school, taking note of any suspicious activity. He was, after all, Rose's bodyguard, and his top priority was keeping her safe.

As they arrived at their respective departments, Jin made his way to his class and took a seat beside Jay.

He was feeling a bit tired, so he decided to take a quick nap. However, he was suddenly jolted awake when he overheard his classmates discussing the upcoming school festival.

"Are you guys ready for the festival tomorrow?" his classmates asked.

Suddenly, the voices of his classmates discussing the upcoming school festival jolted him awake.

Jin sat up straight, his mind racing as he remembered the potential danger that could come with the festival. Crystal and Gun would undoubtedly be there, and Jin couldn't risk Eli Jang's safety.

He pondered over the situation, racking his brain for a way to keep Eli Jang hidden from prying eyes.

Even though he knew that Eli Jang didn't met Gun at the festival, he couldn't help but feel anxious about the possibility of their paths crossing this time, especially since he had played a role in the altercation that had led to their possible confrontation.

Jin decided to brush it off as he confident he can protect Eli Jang.

During lunchtime, Jin, Rose, and Eli made their way into the school cafeteria, scanning the room for a vacant spot to sit.

Finally, they spotted a table with some unoccupied seats and settled down to enjoy their meal. As they were munching on their food, a guy named Jiho came over to their table and started chatting up Rose.

"Hey Rose, can I have your number?" Jiho grinned, attempting to make a move on Rose.

Rose hesitated, not knowing how to respond, but Jin quickly intervened. "I'm sorry, but Rose is not interested," he said firmly, pushing Jiho away. Jin knew that Jiho was probably acting on someone else's orders.

Jiho looked surprised and responded, "I'm sorry, man. I didn't mean any harm," before leaving the table quickly.

Jin returned his attention to his meal, but he noticed that Vasco, a student from the architecture department, was staring at him with disapproval.

"Why are you bullying that guy?" Vasco called out.

Jin was taken aback by the accusation. He knew that Vasco was not the brightest, but he didn't expect him to be this dense. "No, I was just protecting Rose. I'm her bodyguard," Jin explained.

Vasco didn't believe him and challenged Jin to a fight.

Jin looked at Vasco with a mix of annoyance and disbelief. He had more important things to do than waste his time fighting someone over a silly misunderstanding.

"Look, I don't have time for this," Jin said, getting up from his seat. "I have better things to do than fight you."

Vasco wasn't having it, however. He stood up as well and clenched his fists, ready for a fight. "You're just scared to fight me because you know you'll lose," he taunted.

Jin rolled his eyes, "Fine. If that's what you want," he said, before heading out to the school's backyard with Vasco following closely behind.

Jin and Vasco stepped out into the school backyard, their eyes locked in a fierce gaze.

Jin knew this fight would be an easy one, but he also wanted to feel the rush of combat against Vasco.

"You can still back down, you know, before you embarrass yourself," Jin taunted as he stood there calmly, watching Vasco warm up.

"Shut up and raise your fists," Vasco retorted, his stance aggressive as he prepared for the fight.

Jin sighed and beckoned Vasco to make the first move. Vasco charged forward, throwing a wild punch at Jin's head.

Jin easily dodged the attack and retaliated with a swift kick to Vasco's stomach, sending him staggering back.

Vasco regained his balance and charged at Jin again, throwing a flurry of punches that Jin easily dodged and parried.

Jin's movements were quick and fluid, his strikes precise and calculated. Vasco was clearly outmatched, but he refused to back down.

The fight continued, with Jin effortlessly dodging and counterattacking Vasco's every move. Despite Vasco's determination, Jin's skill and experience proved too much for him.

Finally, Jin landed a powerful blow to Vasco's gut, sending him crashing to the ground. Vasco groaned in pain, clutching his stomach as he struggled to catch his breath.

Jin stood over him, "You fought well," he said with a small smile.

After the fight, Jin went back to the cafeteria, where Rose and Eli were waiting for him. They looked concerned, but Jin just brushed it off and assured them that he was fine.

They continued with their lunch, discussing the upcoming festival and planning out their day.

As Jin walked into the classroom, he saw Jay and Daniel already sitting at their desks. Jay gave him a small smile and a wave, while Daniel nodded in acknowledgement. Jin took his seat next to Jay.

Later in the day, as school was over and Jin was heading out of the building, he saw Vasco approaching him.

Jin braced himself for another confrontation, but instead, Vasco surprised him by asking, "Can you teach me how to fight like that?"

Jin was taken aback by the request, but he could see a sincerity in Vasco's eyes. He realized that Vasco wasn't just trying to pick a fight with him earlier, but was genuinely impressed by Jin's skills.

Jin hesitated for a moment before replying, "Why do you want to learn from me?"

Vasco looked down at his feet for a moment before responding, "I want to be able to defend myself. I've been bullied a lot and I want to be able to stand up for myself."

Knowing Vasco's past, Jin decided to teach him a thing or two. At the very least, Jin wanted to show him how to connect his punches and defend himself properly without leaving himself open.

Jin also knew that Vasco will learn Muay Thai from Brekdak in the future.

"Fine, meet me at the park tonight. I can teach you a thing or two," Jin said, looking at Vasco with a serious expression.

Jin then left with Rose and Eli Jang and got into the car.

Later that night, Jin met Vasco at the park as promised. He began to teach him the basics of self-defense, showing him how to connect his punches and defend himself properly.

Despite Vasco's initial reluctance, he eventually began to understand the techniques and showed improvement.

As they were training, Fat Daniel suddenly appeared, and Vasco greeted him with a smile.

"Jin, can you train Daniel too?" Vasco said. Hearing this, Jin shook his head in disapproval. He knew that if he taught Daniel, he would absorb everything and become overpowered early on.

He wanted to let Daniel progress on his own due to his copy ability.

Vasco looked sad seeing this, but Fat Daniel just smiled and said, "It's fine, Vasco. I have to work anyway." He then left, and Jin continued to train Vasco.

After a 2 hours of training, they decided to call it a night. Vasco thanked Jin for his help.

On his way home, Jin was suddenly confronted by a group of thugs. "Give me all your money," one of them demanded, brandishing a knife. Jin let out a frustrated sigh and prepared himself for a fight.

Without hesitation, he started throwing punches and kicks at the thugs, easily overpowering them with his martial arts skills.

The thugs, realizing that they had picked the wrong target, quickly retreated, leaving Jin alone on the street.

Jin shook his head in disbelief and continued on his way home.
