Supernatural Energy and the Lives of the Ancestors

"Hey! Come back! Give me back my hair accessories!" A girl's scream came from inside the old shop.

Hearing this Ying Hua immediately suspected the young man who was on her. But before she could do anything, he cursed and then left to run.

"You won't be able to escape! This place has already been sealed by Old Man Mo!" A moment later Ying Hua gaped, as it turned out that the young man had managed to get through Old Man Mo's seal.

"What… what happened?" Old Man Mo was flustered, momentarily losing focus until his defenses weakened.

Ying Hua was speechless when a girl emerged from the old shop. From her attire, it seemed like she was a daughter of a noble.

Her hair dangled beautifully, dark and soft. Her outfit was white and had a floral lace that spread.

"Princess Ren?" Ying Hua frowned. "Did you lose the hair accessory?"

"Yes!" nodded the girl. "But my name is not Princess Ren." Now she broke through empty air, as well as through Old Man Mo's seal which had instantly vanished.

Her footsteps seemed in a hurry to approach somewhere.

Turned out she met her bodyguards, whom she had fooled just because she wanted to walk alone in the market.

"Someone stole my hair accessories! Find the thief now!" the princess ordered. Accompanied by two servants and also a bodyguard, she waited at the edge of the market, waiting anxiously.

Meanwhile, Ying Hua immediately sped up and split the body into the air again, then wandered through the parts of the market to find a young man in the red fabric.

Old Man Mo followed her.

"Is that girl Princess Ren who once saved you, Princess?" he asked.

Ying Hua nodded. "Yes. She has reincarnated into a princess again. It seems good karma has come to her because she once saved me when I escaped from the seventh wing of the empyrean palace. It was a difficult time, and she hid me very well."

"But it's quite strange that Emperor Heng couldn't detect your whereabouts, Princess. After all, Princess Ren is only human."

"There was a monk who often visited her house. And he often offered prayers. It seemed that this was what finally tricked the eyes of my father and all of his soldiers."

"Then what happened, Princess? What made you have to help her?"

Now they arrived at the forest area, the place where Ying Hua was sure the thief was.

"You are right. Her father's opposition planned all this massacre."

They finally stopped at an area that was almost into the center of the forest. The trees began to be denser. The path was not visible. The bushes grew tall and interfered with travel. Piercing thorns, and some pretty flowers that stink.

Ying Hua condensed her body, feet on the ground. Then she put her palms on the ground, to feel the vibrations to know which way the thief was going.

"Can't you penetrate this forest with your laser sight, Princess?" asked Old Man Mo.

"There is a lot of supernatural energy and the life of ancestors present here. It will be difficult for me to penetrate because they were good people who died unjustly." Paused for a moment. "I found him. Come on!"

Meanwhile, Skeleton Crow was still screaming in Old Man Mo's cage. His hot buttocks were getting worse because of the wind that kept blowing.

His voice echoed through the forest, bouncing off the tree trunks and spreading in a twisting motion.

Just then a flock of birds flew from a shock point. Seeing this he immediately called them.

"Hey, Little Birds! Come here! I'm going to need some help!"

But sadly the birds were only circling in one place as if they didn't hear the Skeleton Crow's cry.

"I know you guys heard me! Don't pretend to be deaf! Come here quickly! I will reward you if you manage to help me!"

One of the birds chirped while looking at him.

"A handful of caterpillars! I'll give you a handful of caterpillars!" shouted Skeleton Crow. Then he saw the birds chirping again as if it was making an offer. "All right! Worms! I'll give you a handful of worms."

More birds chirping, shouting at each other. Skeleton Crow ruffled his thick black hair. "Okay! I'll give you the caterpillars and worms! So hurry up and help me!"

Another bird chirped, then the other birds answered.

"What? A bowl of caterpillars and worms for each of you? Are you crazy? Where did I get that many caterpillars and worms? There are more than twenty of you!"

Then the birds looked away and flew away together.

Skeleton Crow was stuttering. His hand waved in the air. "Okay! I give up! I'll give a bowl of caterpillars and worms to each of you. Now help me before my ass burns! If that happens then you won't get anything."

The birds soon swooped down to fly close to Skeleton Crow. While flapping their wings, they tilted their heads in various directions while chirping.

"Go to the nearest shrine to get some freshly used water for worship. Bring it here! Do it fast! The wind is too strong here."

They all nodded, intending to fly towards the nearest shrine and do as Skeleton Crow had ordered.

But he prevented some of them. "Some of you are staying here! I need you to find some plants to put around this prison. I need to weaken the seal so I can get out of this cage."

The two groups eventually dispersed. One group went to the temple while the rest went to look for the plants that the Skeleton Crow had informed them about.

The group that was looking for plants ended up returning first. They put it around the cage in a certain formation.

"Now get out of the way! I'll break this seal!"

The birds obeyed Skeleton Crow's orders. Not long after, there was a soft pop and black smoke that spread from his body.

He crawled out, keeping his ass secure.

A group came from the direction of the temple. They brought a golden container filled with holy water. They were just ordinary birds, who probably wouldn't be able to carry that much water. However, since Skeleton Crow had provided them with temporary powers, they were, therefore, able to do so.

"Put the container in front of me!" he pointed to a large wooden root table.

After it was placed there, he mixed some seal-breaking plants with the water, then splattered it down his ass.

The smoke billowed out very thick and voluminous, even exceeding the smoke from forest fires in the dry season. The smoke was quite hot and irritated the eyes.

The birds had fled because they didn't want to die.

Skeleton Crow coughed, brushing away the smoke with his hands that turned into giant wings. After it was gone, he got up to check his ass.

"Good! I'll survive even if the wind blows very hard. Now it's time to find Ying so she can take responsibility for my ass!" he waved his hand and spun around. His figure turned into a small crow, which was now flying through the forest in search of Ying Hua.

Meanwhile, with Old Man Mo, Ying Hua finally managed to find the thief, who was currently hiding under a hollow of the earth in the tree roots. He covered his face with a black cloth tied around his head, revealing only his sharp and determined eyes.

Old Man Mo flew over to approach him, while Ying Hua split the body into air molecules again. In the blink of an eye she was beside him, suddenly appearing like a ghost.

Seeing this the thief screamed. "Aaaah!" While rolling and collapsing on the ground. "Who are you?"

"You don't need to know me. But now give me the accessories you stole, before I hurt you," Ying Hua threatened.

From a distance, Old Man Mo frowned. "He doesn't have any special powers. He is an ordinary human with a golden aura, who may be a descendant of the emperor. But how come he can pass through my seal so easily?"

The thief didn't say anything. He preferred to run away.

Ying Hua snorted. "Did you think you could run away from us?" She swept her hand to make a move. Not long after, a string-like glow of light appeared, which had now reached the thief's body.

The rope wrapped around him, making his steps stop. But before Ying Hua's long string of light disappeared.

"What? Why did that happen?" Old Man Mo ran to stop the thief but Ying Hua forbade him.

"Let me do it so that my promise to Princess Ren in her past life can be completed."

Old Man Mo nodded, then let Ying Hua chase the thief.

In an instant, her figure was standing in front of the thief, then put a seal.

"Demon!" said the thief, running even faster and breaking through Ying Hua's seal.

She stopped him repeatedly, but when trying to attack him, he could always dodge.

"Your martial arts are very good," Ying Hua shrieked in annoyance.

Until finally they moved away from the middle of the forest, running towards the crowded area. Several palace soldiers suddenly seemed to be approaching with gestures like they were looking for someone.

Seeing this the thief immediately hid. "Damn, they're still looking for me!"

Seeing that Ying Hua was able to show his hiding place, he pulled her to hide behind the bushes, while covering her mouth.

At that time Ying Hua glared in annoyance. At first, she wanted to teleport and reveal the thief's hiding place to the royal soldiers.

'He must be making trouble with the other nobles!' she thought.

But suddenly a group of forest bandits approached from behind the thief's back. They brandished their weapons and wanted to hurt the thief.

And suddenly Ying Hua's necklace shone.

She widened her eyes, then glanced at the thief, who was still holding her mouth shut. Then she immediately pulled the black cloth on his face and found a fact.

"Red Headband?" Ying Hua shrieked.
