VIII: Steamy

JM staring so seriously at the girl, slowly, pointed his eyes to me.

"Who's up for ramen?" Yuu asked out loud.

"Ramen just the way I want it!" RR raised his hand as he shouts.

"One big bowl of rameeeeeeen!" V shouted as well.

"Ten times spicy! Whoooooo!" seeing Yuu's craving as he described his usual order. With his tongue rolling out of his mouth, "Ohhh! I want it soooo hot! And with noodles as hard..."

"No menma please!" I shouted.

"Ramen! Ramen! Ramen!" The three of them shouted in chorus. I suddenly felt hungry. "Ramen! Ramen! Ramen!" it went louder and I joined the chanting. The quiet bus went noisy all of a sudden, "Ramen! Ramen! Ramen!"

JM got distracted. Looking so grumpy, he agreed for us to stop at the nearest Ramen house, "Alright! Alright!"

The sign goes "Hakata Menya." I can't hardly wait to touch my bowl of ramen as I felt extremely cold.

The bus finally had stopped to park and we went down.

It's 1:28 AM on my phone, the reason why we were the only customers.

We placed our orders at the entrance's automated menu and took a seat inside.

"Here it goes! My ten times spicy Tantanmen!" Yuu, feeling very excited with his order, slurps the soup as loud as he can.

And the bunch were quiet as we savor each noodle strand, flavorful meat and spoonful of broth.

"Uhhhmmm..." V exclaims in satisfaction. "I believe it gets better and better everytime!" I can't see his face since all of us were facing our bowls but I felt his satisfaction overflowed.

I noticed liquid is coming out of my nose and got sweaty. I realized I carelessly placed a lot of chili powder on my bowl. Man, I can't compare myself with Yuu looking so fresh although he had the nastiest bowl tonight. I had to drink a lot of water to die down the fever killing me.

Just as everyone is finishing their ramen and JM gets the bill, I told them, "Don't go yet, I had to take a leak."

"Sir! Sorry, but our restroom is under renovation." the waiter apologized to me as he overheard what I said.

"It's fine, I'll just look for a place outside. Haha!" I replied with a sarcastic laugh.

So I went out and head towards our bus.

"Aahhh, finally!" I blurted out in relief after unzipping.

As I was in the middle of it, I noticed a black shirt lying near the rear wheel getting wet little by little.

"What the..." embracing my upper body realizing I'm still not wearing any top. "Fff..." V covered my mouth.
