The Core lab
The core lab was a secret facility built inside the mountains among the abandoned land. It was directed by three leading scientists each Petty different levels of experiments. This facility was ruled under three strong leaders as they would send their deadly subject at this core to the exam them.
As the site goes deeper, this facility had nine level sets, three sets for each leader accompanying hundreds of subnaites for supporting a subject. One level a subject had to go through hundreds of exams in order to pass into the next level. The deeper the subject goes the deadlier the experiment rise. They would examine any beings, humans, monsters, animals, birds, trees, beasts, myths, etc. all were their subject as long as they step into the door of the lab. From medicines to injections, injections to cutting, slicing to operation, operation to scanning, scanning to power change, neutralizing to overpowering all were forced here mercilessly. Crushing wires, blades or swords, opening deadly gates or summoning beasts for battles everything was possible here as long as death was the main concept.
By the order of Captain Jennifer on the slave boy, sending him to the core experiment, it was the last experiment room, the ninth level and the worst of all.
Few made it this far and rare once lived, but later died before discharging. This was the first time such thing occurred in this Core lab's history that an arrival subject had been admitted randomly into theninthh level.
This grew excitement in some of the scientists as they viewed death approaching on the subject, some were anxious with lots of queries who was he, why him and what would be the result?
Few didn't care cause they had 30 thousand subject to go through experiments with the given duration of three days, strictly ordered to complete it, they moved out starting their duty.
On the other hand, Captain Jennifer and the scientist named Lei, one among the three great scientists were standing in the corner of the arrival hall with both their eyes fixed on the melting blade which almost at up the half sword.
"This isn't anything simple Captain" added the Scientist Lei that his blood contains a huge amount of unexplained power inside it. It's something that he never had seen before.
Even Jennifer was puzzled by this strange fact.
"Sir, from where did you smear your sword?"
The Captain replied, looking back at the wagons aparting the facility "I attacked a little boy before receiving this".
"Seriously?" sighed the scientist disappointed and slapped the Captain's head.
"Hey, what is it with you?" roared the Captain at the scientist.
Lei sighed replying "look I know you have gone through a lot of blood and fleshy wars, battles and fights just to rise your rank in the family and have a value but, you must hold your temper too bro".
That was a surprise.
These two high rankers, the Scientist Lei and the Captain Jennifer were brothers indeed, but, with a little twist.
"It suits your line not mine, Lei" replied Jennifer wearing his cap.
"You could have killed that boy with your temper" warned Lei stepping aside him "who knows how valuable that subject would be but, just because of your temper you can't just kill an innocent".
"INNOCENT!!" thundered the Captain on him, reminding him that how much trouble that bastard caused while shifting him here do you think it can be bared?
This Captain Jennifer was boiling out of his head by recalling the trouble. His anger was furious as a lion.
"Okay, okay I get it! Calm down bro" weaved the older brother his hands avoiding distance.
Looking at the blade in the fist of the Captain he asked seriously, whether if he was sure about the attack on that slave. Was it really from that kid or did it happen out of nowhere?
"It could be that kid, I suppose...." thought Jennifer glaring at the empty hall, adding that the place where he attacked that kid was a dark surrounding. He didn't notice the color of the blood cause it was too dark around and probably every color would be seen black in there.
"I have no interest on that slave" was his end line.
"Then there is no choice except to test that subject into the level and see him whether that boy really is the carrier of the black blood".
The Captain remained silent.
Just then, a scientist approached them informing "Mister LEI! SIR LEI. The secretary of the Frosted family has arrived! He's asking for your presence!"
"AAAAA!! Damn!" fussed the scientist slipping his brow complaining that annoying creature has arrived to disturb their time whereas, his brother was silent.
No one was happy or satisfied with each other inside this field, but still they kept up their works.
Far away, diving deep down into the void of pitch black, not a single light could expand, a weavy breathing echoed in the dark.
It's exhaling was so dreadful that squeaking of lungs could be heard through every breath. Sweats dripping from every edges in the dark surface, dripping drop by drop. The breathing got lowered and lower then raised in the air struggling for oxygen.
A weak lifeless human body was sitting in the dark with his eyed hidden. He could barely stand or move to struggle. There was purple chains all around his body plus, chains wrapped around his both arms opened wide to the sides.
