Author's Note: Sorry for the super late update, because I played too much in Fate Grand Order in five days straight while making a scenario in my mind, but the internet connection was suddenly cut off yesterday night, and today I just went nearby store to reload.

The riot in Underworld was revealed in the whole residence in Supernatural World which is shocked them, the Old Satan Faction except for Rizevim and Euclid was exterminated. The Devil Council and it's family members were exterminated including Zekram Bael was killed by Diehauser Belial in a one-sided fight, and those Elite Players in Rating Game were either surrendered or fleeing in Underworld.
Sirzech Lucifer was luckily survived but he was comatose and his lower body was missing, his chance to wake up was turned into .00000001%, his Peerage was either rebelled against the Deva's Testament or went hiding in the world, Grayfia's queen piece was destroyed by a mysterious bystander when they escaped from Underworld.
Rias and her Peerage was managed to escape or the Deva's Testament group was letting them to return in Kuoh Academy as they never went out again. The Sitri clan, Sona's Peerage, and their hospital staff lead by Serafall near Akihabara including Sairaorg and his Peerage that joined them as they owe them for taking care of his mother. Ajuka and his staff in the Research Department went to Southern Island in Japan to build their next laboratory in scratch, Falbium and his Military staff and officer lead their families in southern Africa. The Underworld was barely called inhabitable, the land except for the place in Grigory Group, Dragon Tribe Village, and Familiar Forest was filled with Nuclear's hazard, and its holy elements were scattered across the Underworld that it needs months to clean it up to make it returned its original form. The remaining survivor was either the family that not related in Devil Council and the Low-Class Devils Families.
--- Japan, Town of Kuoh, Nekoshou Shrine ---
The Shrine was covered with Isolated Space and Time Chamber, which means the time inside compared to the outside was different, after a few weeks of experimentation Touru and Kuroka manage to make the time duration got longer. Inside the time was accelerated in one year and a half while on the outside was only a day. They stayed inside in three days outside, it means four years and half inside, many changes have happened during that time.

At the age of nine months, Senko and Kirito manage to say a first word that surprised them all. At the age of one year old, they managed to walk albeit they struggling to maintain the standing position, at the same time they managed to let out a bit large of energy but it was far from natural energy, and the aura that they emitting that could par in Low Middle-Class Strength. Sometimes Kunou was spoiling the twins every time that there was a chance, while the rest of the group who have a relationship with Touru was taking advantage to make a baby with him specially Kuroka who eager to seduced him by using the pretense to help him to develop the Time Chamber.

At the age of two, Senko and Kirito managed to walk and run without falling and they could manage to talk without stuttering. Their control over the energy was a bit absurd, maybe because of the trait of Nekoshou and Nine-tailed fox. Besides Reimu, the other cats managed to talk, while Reimu was showing signs of changing like she can manage to walk on its two feet albeit it can only do in ten seconds, which she got two pieces of small tuna as a reward while the rest of the cats who managed to talk got a boneless tuna as a reward.

Kuroka got pregnant after they continuously work out with Touru, fortunately, Yasaka has a bit experienced in being a Midwife in the past, that they don't need to get out in Time Chamber. Lisa and Xenovia joined in the fun with Shirone, Aika, Akeno, and F. Akeno every night with Touru which takes a week till they finished. Akeno and F. Akeno was starting to show the signs of getting merge together as they are synchronized together.

Kuroka was giving a birth of the child, which gender was a girl with a special trait of Nekoshou but she has wings on her back that almost the same color of Touru's Sacred Gear, her name was Yukina as she has a white hair which she got from Touru while she has golden amber-colored pupils to that she got from Kuroka, she has white cat ears and black cattails.
All this year, the strength of the rest of the group was raised to the limit. Kuroka was in Middle Super Class Youkai and it cannot raise it anymore otherwise she will get backlashed for pushing to limit but with the aid of her Sacred Gear, she can contend in Low Heavenly Dragon Class Strength. Shirone was in Peak Ultimate Class Youkai, she was learning all kinds of Hand to Hand combat but she was most expertise was Bajiquan, a Chinese Martial Arts that focused burst attack. Aika was in Peak High-Class Strength, her focus was in Youjutsu and Magic, she mostly used the Projection Magic, FarSight Magic and Tracing Magic she was most dangerous if she using her Sacred Gear towards her enemies that absorbing their luck while using a Bow and Arrow. ( A/N: You can just call her Female EMIYA XD)
Lisa was in Mid Heavenly Dragon Class Strength that she could par in Albion and Ddraig in their prime coupled with her Mastery in Royal Guard like Dreadnought and Royal Revenge. Akeno was returned into one entity after last year that she merges together with the fallen one but her strength that could par the Satan, she was practicing the way of the use of Snakesword as the Fallen Akeno was between Beginner and Amateur in Swordsmanship while the Human Akeno was proficient in whip which caused them a conflict each other until the end, they decided to combine it by using the Snakesword. Xenovia was in Peak High-Class Strength coupled with her Durandal, she can par in Mid Ultimate Class Strength opponents and her mastery over Swordsmanship was between Elite and Master level.
Nidhogg was able to adopt in her current lifestyle, she learns many common senses and she learns the academic knowledge in highschool level, her strength was in Low Super Class Strength, she can control her strength in a good way unlike to the other dragon who only use the brute strength and their proficiency in magic, her Hybrid Mode was able to stay in a month under the teaching of Lisa. Lilith was in Mid Ultimate Class Strength, maybe due to her being a first female human as she has an advantage to get stronger than the rest of the humans, her proficiency on Swordsmanship was only a bit lower than Xenovia.

The Isolated Space and Time Chamber was undone in the Nekoshou Shrine, the news about the riot in Underworld was just spreading out in the residence of Supernatural World. Some of them were surprised except Touru who gave the message to Diehauser to attack the Underworld who was being invaded by the Old Satan Faction. Some of them who received the news was either happy or regretful, those happy was the certain Skeleton who went hiding against the dogs and those regretful those people who had friendly terms with the Devil Council.
" Now then, since the old fogies was died, no more people with influence besides the four Satan, Sirzech? seems he was saved by stupid plot armor huh." Touru said as got message from the Asgard that the weapon that he requested to make was finished, he decided to go in Asgard to retrieve it
