"Taehyung's been acting strange since the beach trip," Davina commented, glancing over her shoulder at him.

"I think he's just trying to figure things out," Emily said. "He's not over me, and it's… hard for him to let go. But he's trying."

Jimin, who had joined the group just in time to overhear, frowned. "I don't want to make him feel uncomfortable, but I'm not going to back down. Emily and I are together now."

The conversation paused as Jungkook and Taehyung sat down beside them. The air seemed to grow heavier, and the unspoken words between the group became more apparent.

Emily reached for his hand, squeezing it gently. "I get it. It's complicated, but we'll figure it out. We're not doing this alone."

Jimin smiled, his eyes softening. "I don't want to lose you, Emily. I'm just scared of losing everything in the process."
