45 Our Journey Together (Philippines - Cebu City 02)

The next days have been busy for Shin and Jungye. They spent their days wandering around Cebu and went to other places around the island, then finally decided to spend few days at Moalboal.

It's a nice place and an amazing diving site. Since Shin haven't tried diving, Jungye decided that they should try it together.

Shin was so afraid at the open water. Jungye can see that she was shaking even if they haven't dived yet, they are on the boat going to the diving site. He held her hand and gave her a kiss on her forehead, trying to pacify her and make her feel at ease. She just looked up at him and smiled.

Shin: " I am excited to dive but I am afraid of open water as I don't know how to swim."

Jungye: " Don't worry..you will not drown.. I will not let anything happen to you."

They arrived at the diving site after almost an hour of boat ride. There were some boats already there and also starting to let they passengers alight and go in the water.

Shin saw a familiar face but he was busy fixing his diving gear and not minding about the other people around him.

Shin: "baby....that person... it's Pierre."

Jungye looked at the direction where Shin pointed at and saw the man fixing his own gear. His face darkened and clenched his fist.

'why of all places....and we keep on bumping on each other' Jungye thought.

Jungye: "baby... don't worry..I am here and will take care of you. Trust me ok...and I guess that man will also assist you if in case you drown." he joked at her trying to hide his thoughts and jealousy.

They started to dive in the water and enjoyed the view underwater. It's an amazing place and feels like they are in different dimension. The live colorful corals, the different fishes and the underwater ecosystem is magnificent. It's her first time to do diving, so her nervousness has been overpowered by the wonderful view and after few minutes, Jungye and Shin are enjoying it.

After the diving, they went back to they respective boats and traveled back to the shore. When they were walking away from the shore, a man rushed to them to say his greetings...it was Pierre. He just said hi to both of them and walked away.

Jungye just nodded to the man and looked at Shin, trying to see the emotions on her face. He was starting to feel something, he was beginning to feel threatened of Pierre's presence.

That night at their hotel room, Jungye was so silent and just staring at the window looking at the vast sea.

He was staring alternately to the sea and to the woman sleeping peacefully on their bed.

'i love you baby...but I am having insecurities and this crazy jealousy is eating me up.'

Then he thought of the man who was constantly having crossroads with them. He pursed his lips and clenched his fist. He was thinking of talking to the man and clear things up of what he wants with his woman and at the same time, he was not on the right place to ask him about his intentions. Shin is not his wife..

Wife? it means marriage... Is he ready for such a big commitment? He thought. He is still young and not yet ready to give up his freedom...he still has a lot of dreams and want to do for his life...at the same time, he doesn't want to lose Shin.

He slept that night embracing Shin tightly with a messed up thoughts.
