I immediately heard people whispering after that loud sound and after seeing who came in after. I bet that they all knew who the person was. And I don't so I don't understand what was happening.
But they forcefully opened the meeting room door. There must be something that they wanted to do with Zach but he wouldn't let him so they came here themselves.
"Yo, long time no see," the blonde guy said and walked towards the other end of the table. He and Zach are now facing face to face with each other. Zach didn't move a bit from his seat. If something bad might happen right now, he wouldn't be able to get out of it easily. The blonde guy brought so many bodyguards while Zach was all alone.
I don't know what they came here for but I hope that something bad might not happen.
"What are you doing here?" Zach asks him using a tone that will give you an idea of who has more authority than the other. "You aren't allowed to barge into this meeting, Klaus," He added. Klaus must be the blonde guy since he was the only one talking.
I saw how the other people stood up from their seats when Klaus' bodyguards stepped forward and closer to them. From what I am seeing right now, if those guys go violent, I would run for my life. There were a lot of them and I cannot blame people to become scared.
"You're scaring people by your bodyguards, Klaus," Zach said. he still wasn't going up from his seat.
"I have something to discuss with you," the blonde man said. His voice and the way he talks would hint to you about his nasty personality. Not mentioning how they barged into this room like that.
"Whatever it is, we'll talk about it later," Zach replied to him calmly.
"I want the answer now, Alfonso," he said as he smirk after saying Zach's surname.
"What was it all about?" Zach asked him after sighing and lying his back on the backseat of his chair, crossing his arm in front of him.
He's dealing with it calmly. Because if he'd get mad at the person for interrupting the meeting right now, a huge mess would be made in this room. And knowing Zach, he doesn't get mad easily. Being calm is the best way to deal with this situation.
They managed to violently get into this room like that. If they are given the reason to become more violent, I bet they would.
I realized that I myself was already standing. I did it unconsciously and I don't know when was I standing from my seat. I looked around and all of us except Zach were already standing.
"Everybody inside the meeting room," I heard Zach say, "the meeting is postponed, you can go back to your office right now," he said with full authority. The people slowly went out of the room. I felt Leslie grabbing me out but before I could completely get out of the room, I looked at Zach and saw him glance at me.
I didn't want to leave him alone in that room. I wanted to make sure he was safe but if I'd stay there, I would only get in his way. As if I could do anything if I stay there.
"That's scary," Leslie said when we went out of the meeting room.
"Will he be okay?" I asked her about Zach.
"We'll see later," she simply said.
What Leslie said didn't help.
We went back to the GP team's office and started with work like normal. But whenever I take breaks, I wonder what happened after we left the meeting room earlier.
That guy named Klaus was nasty. He barged into a meeting like that. I don't know why a wealthy person like him would act like that. Asking his bodyguards to forcefully open the door is way too much. I never even heard a knock coming from the door before that had happened.
I wonder what it is that he wanted to ask Zach. I don't know what kind of relationship they have but it must be in terms of business but it wasn't good. The person has a grudge or something.
I finished the day at work without knowing what happened after that. But since I didn't hear anything from the other employees like a fight going on on that floor, there must've been nothing that happened between the both of them.
"Xhyrah?" I looked back when I heard someone call me. I was about to leave the office when I heard Lydia call me.
"Are you busy?" she asked me.
"Why?" I said and faced her while my bag is on my shoulder.
She was still sitting at her table when I looked back at her. " Did you see Leslie?" she asked me.
"No, why?"
"I need to finish something but I have to also give Leslie some reports. Can you do it for me?" she asked me. She put the folder on the desk and looked at me.
"What if she went out of the building?" I asked her as I walk closer to her to get the folder from the desk.
"No, she said she wouldn't be coming home early today," she said while typing something on her computer. "Can you do it?'
"Yes, of course," I said and went out of the office to look for Leslie. Right when I stepped out of the office, I realized that I don't know where to start looking for her in this building so I went back to Lydia. "Can we just wait for her to come back? I don't know where to find her," I told her.
"Try going to the lobby, or the cafe. She said she wanted to take a little break so,"
"Alright," I said.
"Thank you," she replied before I could leave the office. I pressed the bottom floor and looked for Leslie in the lobby. But there wasn't any sign of a tall woman in the lobby so I proceeded to the cafe.
But before I could even enter, I saw her going out of the cafe looking very pissed. "Leslie," I called her but she didn't listen to me. "Leslie!" I called her louder and that was when she stopped and looked back. I ran towards her because she was walking so fast earlier. "Lydia wanted me to send you this," I said and gave her the document.
"You should've just left it in my office," she said. She sighed and scanned the folder really fast.
"Lydia wanted me to give it to you personally so I did," I explained. "Are you okay?" I asked her and tried to take a look at her face clearly. She looks like she had an argument with someone at the cafe.
"Yeah," she answered and closed the folder in front of her. " I just--" she stopped midway. I looked at her and waited for her to continue what she was saying. "I met someone I knew and I was pissed," she said. But still, I couldn't get any clue about why she was pissed about that someone.
"If that's the case, I guess I'll take my leave right now," I told her. I was waiting for her to say 'okay' but she didn't. I looked back at her to see what was up and she was already looking at me.
"Care to take a bite?" she asked as she points to a small cake shop within the building.
I know she wanted to talk to me about something. And I couldn't just decline her offer.
We went to the cake shop and ordered some cake and iced coffee. We could just order these from the cafe just next to this shop but since she just came there, and was pissed, I guess we could enjoy our drink and food in this small shop.
I've never been to this shop before. At first glance, you could already see which one was bigger but I did not come here to compare. I know it was a lot smaller and also gets the lesser customers but it's all about the taste of the food and the ambiance that the shop offers.
I dug into the food first. I used my spoon to get a piece of the cake and tasted it. "Woah, I didn't know they offer this in here," I said as I savor the sweet delicious taste of the chocolate cake in front of me. I looked at her because I noticed that she wasn't moving.
I remembered that I didn't come here for the food. "So," I said as I put the spoon back on the table. "What happened?" I asked her.
We were the only people inside the shop right now. So she can tell me whatever she wants without worrying about anyone hearing.
"I met the girl I told you about the other time," my eyebrows rose up after what she said but I immediately put them down.
The person who once had a crush on Zach?
"In this building?" I asked her. Now that she told me who it was, I was more intrigued about what she wanted to say. I somehow want to know about the girl because she was once in love with Zach.
"Yeah, at the cafe," she answered as she lift her fork and took a piece of the cake. There are 2 on the table. One chocolate cake and one vanilla cake. She took a piece of the chocolate cake that I tasted earlier.
"And?" I asked her so she could tell me what happened.
"She has changed," she said to me while keeping his eyes on the table.
I can feel the sadness in her eyes when she told me those words. I know it had happened in the past but Leslie still got attached to the girl before. It must've saddened her to know that the person has changed.
"What do you mean, changed?" I asked her,
"She changed in many ways. The way she dresses, the way she acts, the way she speaks--" she stopped, "Everything."
"Do you still have feelings for this person?" I couldn't help but ask her. She looked up at me finally.
"No," she answered using a hard tone. "I have a boyfriend, you know,"
What she just said surprised me the most. "You have a boyfriend?" I asked her immediately.
"Yes," she answered as if it was not a big deal and looked away while she take a piece of the cake into her mouth. She looked away so I wouldn't ask more about her boyfriend.
"So," I said, "What makes you so pissed about this girl's sudden changes?"
She changed expressions but she still didn't look at me, "She was once a nice girl, but now, she's basically just a bitch,"
My mouth twitched with how she described her.
"What happened?" I asked her again.
She sighed and leaned on her seat. "Fuck," she suddenly cursed. "I just remembered that I can't tell you,"
"What do you mean?" I asked her.
"I can't tell you," she said and took her iced coffee and took a sip without telling me the reason why she cannot tell me about it.
"Didn't you just call me here to tell me?" I asked her because I don't understand why she is starting to back down like this when we finally reached this part of the story.
"I just, can't," she told me as if it wasn't a big deal making me come here and making me curious about nothing, Why is everybody keeping things from me?
I looked at her as she sip on her coffee and caught her staring at my hand for a few seconds. I glanced at my hand and saw nothing there.
"Why don't you just tell me?" I tried to make her tell me.
"No,"
I spent minutes forcing her to tell me about it but it was her who didn't want to. The most annoying part is that she wouldn't tell me the reason why.

3rd PERSON'S POV
Ali sat on his chair inside his office and massaged his temple using his fingers. He was staying overtime in the office because he doesn't want to come home and feel the guilt of not being able to tell her sister about what was going on.
About what he had found out about his father. And the secret behind their family.
He knew his sister too well and it was enough for him to not let her know yet. If he could just keep it this way, he would. But to not let his sister know would be the best thing for now. Not until he fixes the problem that this person is causing him and his sister.
She was trying to take everything she could and he just couldn't let her continue that way. He has to make things better so his sister wouldn't have to take on any problem aside from knowing the truth.
He sighed multiple times just thinking about how his sister would react to this.
A few moments later, he noticed his phone lit up. When he looked at it, he realized that he had received a message from the person.
