The knights need to meet.

"Jay Don't forget your coat." Elijah said as he left the cabin.

Jasmine looked behind her once again and picked up her jacket and purse as they left the train.

He seems to be so used to calling her Jay that it feels kind of wierd to her,

Well they are supposed to be in love after all, so at least they should seem this comfortable.

Jasmine just followed Elijah without thinking too much, she was too busy noticing how crowded the station was and trying her best not to get lost.

Elijah just walked outside without any of her bags and Jasmine was a little confused.

"Wait, you forgot the luggage." She said with a low tone.

Elijah was roaming through his phone.

"They're already at the mansion, don't worry about that." He said as he placed the phone to his ears and started talking in such annoyed voice.

"I can't see you Mr.Ali, Prhaps your late?."

He said with his usual tone of irony.

Jasmine looked at him with such wonder.

How in the world did she end up marrying someone so complicated yet simple like this.

He seemed mad in the tone but his face was rather more calm than ever.

"Well I can't see you so you should come and find me." He said with a small smile.

He looked around him searching for a specific man and once he saw him he nodded a little and closed the phone.

"Come, our ride is here." He said as he placed his hand gently on Jasmine's waist.

She jumped a little at his sudden action but seemed to follow him without minding much.

They walked up to an old man with modern height brown eyes and black hair with some streaks of Gery hidden in between.

He had some wrinkles beside his eyes showing that he must be at least 40 years old and proving how hard he works.

"This is Mr.Ali, the head Chef of Assistants in Knights Association. He has been working with the family for 15 years now."

"17 actually, but who's counting." Mr.Ali jokingly added and surprisingly Elijah smiled.

"He is a dear friend first than anything else shall I add." Elijah said with a warm smile.

Jasmine bit back the smile she was about to wear. She didn't know he could smile with such emotions in his eyes since she thought he's too much of a frosty person.

But then again she doesn't know much about him as a human.

"Its a pleasure to finally meet the new Mrs.Knight." Mr.Ali said while offering a hand shake.

Jasmine smiled as she shook his hand back.

"Mr.Ali always greets with a hand shake its a traditional thing in the middle east."

"Its okay i don't mind." Jasmine said.

His looks look more define now. He does have that Arab vibe and name so she wasn't so surprised.

Mr.Ali led them to the car as he opened the door for both to enter and then sat in the front with the driver.

"Austin is still in Chicago rapping up the Mercy deal with Onwards Association and will be back by the end of this week. Allen is at Harry's football game with his wife Farina. They seem to be having a private family day out." Mr. Ali started speaking with such formal voice.

He was informing Elijah about the rest of the family.

" your grandma is having her regular tea time with her fellow ladies down town, Cale will pick her up later. Jordan is out with his friends trashing some bar mid day."

Jasmine saw the disappointment in Elijah's eyes while he was just pushing the curl of hair out of them.

Mr.Ali looked at Elijah through the front mirror as he said in a wierd tone.

"And Your father hasn't been home yet since his Departure to Manchester."

a sigh escaped Elijah's mouth as he replied in such a low voice

"Of course he won't be home yet, he just got a free ticket out this time."

Jasmine wasn't able of hearing the whole sentence and didn't even try to.

This matter seemed quite personal and she was in no place to speak of.

"Do we atleast know where he is?" He said. He looked out of the window and you could see all the trouble in his eyes.

"I don't believe he left Manchester." Mr. Ali said as he checked some old texts in his phone.

"Who do have to tail him?" He said as he took his phone out of his pocket.

"Mr.Norman." Mr.Ali said.

Jasmine watched him immediately make a phone call.

Wonder was all she could feel at the time.

Elijah's voice sounded so bitter as he spoke through the phone.

"Mr.Norman, I would like you to inform my father that he needs to be back here by the dawn of tomorrow... Yes I want you to walk up to his hotel room and tell him that... Tell him that Elijah will not be understanding with what you do if you do not show up... Tell him I will gladly stop all his Credit cards and make sure he is penniless out there And I will not send help if I go that far... No I don't care what he is doing or planing to do I just need him here by tomorrow."

Elijah looked at the watch he had on as he finished.

"Yes the conference is to be held in 3 hours so I need him here next thing in the morning to assure people about his friend and overall about what happened."

His words seemed a little bit harsh with the poor guy about his father.

She wasn't aware that they left Mr.Kight back in Manchester.

I don't think her father even knew he was staying.

"Yes..you do that..Ohh and Mr.Norman, if he isn't here like how you promised me you will be jobless so make sure you do whatever it takes."

and just like that he ended the phone without even giving him a chance to reply back.

Jasmine wasn't able of hearing the guy on the other line yet she was sure he was shivering in fear.

Elijah looked at her when he felt her eyes on him and she immidatly turned away to the window

She didn't want a piece of his mind with this state.

Elijah looked back at Mr.Ali before he spoke.

"Please make sure my father is in the first train back..I can't have him mess things up before they even start."

Jasmine wanted to ask him about the conference he was talking about but was too Perplexed how.

The rest of the ride was silent, Elijah was in his usual state, signing on paper and reading another and Mr.Ali was on his mini laptop typing something fast that he got Jasmine impressed by his skills.

She didn't even have the will to speak, she was too busy being nervous as she watched every block of each street. She hated crowded places.

No..

She despised it.

She never liked the feeling of being surrounded by so many people to the point the air you breathe is jumbled up with people's exhale hot breath.

She swallowed hard and her anxiety just got worse each time they go further as she sees a much more crowded place than before.

She knew London was Crowded as hell but to the point she was choking just by staring from a car? No she never thought

It could be this serious.

A sigh escaped her without knowing and it caught Elijah's attention for seconds.

He looked at her trying to read whats on her mind.

She looked worried watching everything around her and he was wondering how she was going to put up with all the bullshit she accepted in her life without knowing.

After some minutes the car slowed down and they seemed to be entering a much more quiet road.

"We live at the tips of London, we don't have much neighbors but its a very calm place." Elijah said pulling Jasmine out of her thoughts and having her turn to face him.

"You don't have to leave the mansion without a driver or a car which ever you choose so you don't need to look that bothered." He finished looking back at his papers once again.

The way he could read her just made her feel more cautious. She really hoped it would be something good for her sake and won't be used against her.

It wasn't long until the cars speed started to ease entering through huge gates.

Jasmine went back to staring out of the window and her jaw was about to drop of her face... literally.

The gates were black very huge and designed in with such ancient patterns. They were so high she couldn't see the end just from inside the car. She looked around to see huge gardens on each sides of the road, each was filled with a massive sitting site and surrounded with colorful flowers. As they stopped infront of such huge gates Jasmine's door opened and a man helped her out of the car, she stood up looking too fascinated by the site around her, the gates were far away from where they stopped and she could see a huge swimming pool at the end of one garden, turning to her right she was able of seeing the garage that was two stores filled with cars.

"Shall we?" Elijah spoke suddenly causing Jasmine to jump a little in her place.

She didn't even reply and she looked like she lost her ability of speaking for seconds.

Elijah placed his hands on her waist again and pulled her into the huge mansion that was in front of her.

The place was too quiet and they were only greeted by the maids, Elijah didn't give her time to answer as he pulled her quickly to the stairs and into thier room.

"Id love to give you a house tour but we're late." He spoke once he closed the door and walked over to the closet.

"Late?". Jasmine looked at thier luggage that was neatly placed at the side as she repeated after him.

"Late for what?" She added once she realized that he was probably going to ignore her again.

"The conference. You have to wash up and ill can Madam Grey to help you suit up." He said as he got cloth out and walked to some door on the right at the end of the room.

"What conference, what are you talking about?." She said following him to the door.

This state of him only speaking three or four words is really starting to annoy her.

"What are you talking about?." She said as he faced her.

The faded look in his eyes caught her attention.

"Your a Knight now, we need to declare that to the world don't you think?" He calmly replied.

Something changed in him the minute they entered this place, the half dead eyes he had became more closed and the frosty vibe just got colder.

"Wasn't the marriage enough?." She barely said. Her breath was too caught up on the looks that he had on her.

"Enough for your side, not mine. Now get ready please, I got you cloth in your wardrobe and your bathroom is that door to the left. Please feel like your home because this is." He lastly commented before he entered the bathroom without giving her a chance to speak.

Jasmine looked around her. The room was so big, big enough to have two bathrooms. She walked over to the wardrobe he pointed at staring around her trying look at everything.

The room was designed in a simple way, simple enough to believe its Elijah's old room. It was just plain black and white room with a modern touch. Having two huge wardrobes in each side of the walls, a sofa in the right sitting in front a massive T.V with some book shelves under it. And a work desk closing the entrance of a door at the end of the room. On the right was one door which was probably her bathroom.

Jasmine opened up her luggage and carefully chose a simple blue dress from her own ignoring Elijah's words and walked to get her self ready.

After 20 minutes she walked out of the bathroom. It didn't even shock her how big and expensive it looked. What she's seen until now was enough for her to expect the best in this place.

She looked around but Elijah was no where in her sight.

She walked over to a table that was full of many makeup products and accessories in the right side of the king sized bed.

It was definitely hers. She was ready within fifteen minutes and stood waiting for Elijah to come.

Walking around she started to explore the room bit by bit.

This was so unusual for her to the point she was feeling speechless. She knew they were rich. Eveyone does, but not to the point of having a mansion that had a whole house in one room.

She walked up to the door that was closed by the table.

It was empty and looked like it was movable.

"If your ready then we need to leave." Elijah's voice once again made her jump.

She faced him and noticed he was staring at the door she was about to enter before looking at her once again.

"Let's go. After we come back we shall talk about the Do's and Don't's in this place." He formally said.

♡°♡°♡°♡°♡°♡°♡°♡°♡°♡°♡°♡°♡°♡

Jasmine had some confidence walking down wearing her blue navy dress with some simple gold jewelry that gave her the business woman look before a wife which was what she was aiming for.

Elijah placed his hand once again in her waist and it seems to become a habit of him to show that their close enough without making her uncomfortable.

"I hope you've braced your self enough to who your about to meet." He said before he looked at her and finished

"If you feel heaviness to answer just look at me and smile and I'll take care of it." He finished and held the door nobe to enter but her voice stopped him midway.

"Wait..what am I supposed to say other than us meeting two months ago?" She asked with a hint of fear in her words.

Elijah looked back at her and half smiled the usual half smile he always gives her.

"I'll do most of the talking you just need to nod, smile and look at me with your lovely eyes every once 'n a while." He said so smoothly.

ignoring the fact that he complimented her eyes she shook her head.

"If any question is directed at you just answer simply with only a hand count of words and just look at me to finish." He added and she swallowed hard.

When she agreed to marry him it wasn't this hard, she wasn't this nervous or afraid.

But now, now that she's seen who he is and what he means after coming through all the crowded paparazzi in front of the firm and how huge it was earlier when they arrived, its scarring the hell out of her.

"Are you ready?" He said as he opened the door.

She nodded and both of them knew she wasn't but it didn't matter because it had to be done.

The minute they walked she froze seconds in her place. Her eyes a little wide open in surprise.

Camera's fluttering, lights flashing and people standing up from there seats trying to move close to them but being stopped by the body guards.

Jasmine's sight was slightly blurred by the light that was just directed at her and Elijah touch around her tightened a little.

The hall was full of reporters all the way until the end and she was jolted by the sight in front of her.

They sat in the table ahead of them and everyone was silent for some seconds before having a reporter open up and ask

"How long have you been in a relationship Mr.Kight?"

"Two months before the engagement." Elijah calmly answered before speaking once again.

"I've only got time for 3 more questions." He said while looking at his watch causing them to explode with questions all at once.

That move made Jasmine jump in her seat a little. This was too much on her to take all at once.

I mean yeah she knew this was a conference and how it normally goes, but she didn't even expect it to be this big. How the hell did he get this much reporters? It looked like more than half of London's were right here in front of her.

"We would like to see the engagement ring." Shouted one in the back.

Elijah looked at Jasmine and held her hand gently up for seconds and the cameras were flashing more than ever.

"How does it feel like being the new Mrs.Knight?"

Was the next question and all the attention was on Jasmine including Elijah's.

Jasmine swallowed hard trying her best to smile so sweetly and I guess she did seeing how they started to flash at her again.

"Its feels so lucky, I'm so lucky to be a part of the lovely family and to have a lovable husband." She finished by looking at him with a smile and placed a small kiss on his cheeks.

Her move even caught Elijah by surprise but smiled as if he really liked it.

Her American accent shocked some people, but only the ones who didn't dig deep about her and the went over to the next question.

"How did you guys meet?" One person said.

"Mutual friends. We had crossed paths because of work and met a couple of times when we were young because of our parents, but the relationship began from work." Elijah stated.

Jasmine was just agreeing by shaking her head every once and a while like how she was told and listened carefully to his words.

His calm green eyes and his frosty vibe were so effective. His voice was cold as snow and he was so good at lying it seems like he could do it in his sleep.

Elijah looked at her and smiled a warm smile it sent shevers down her spine.

"But I feel honored to have such an opportunity with her in life. We see eye to eye and thats what matters." He lastly added before planting a small kiss in the palm of her hand that he never let go of after showing the ring.

"Does this marriage affect the relationship between Knight's Association and King's Coportion after your called off engagement with Stephenie King last year?" One reporter shouted from behind so suddenly.

Jasmine looked at Elijah with lack of understanding on her face. And the looks on his weren't so satisfying.

Called off engagement?

Jasmine wasn't aware of Elijah being engaged to someone before her.

Elijah immediately stood up and held Jasmine causing her to do the same.

"The rest of the information will be released later." He said trying to sound as professional as he could.

"Thats all. Thank you." He said lastly before walking out the doors.

The ride back home was silent. Jasmine was too busy trying to remember if she was ever informed about his engagement or where she heard King's Coportion from.

The colors were slightly fading away from the sky and it was turning dark.

Elijah was in his usual state, turning from one paper to another and Jasmine didn't know how she was going to ask him about what was said, or if she even could ask.

It wasn't long until they stopped and got of the car. Within seconds they entered the mansion and it looked so different than before now that all the lights were on.

I think today marks the number one day with shocks she got.

"THIER HERE!!!" A familiar voice shouted from further inside the place.

Jasmine turned to face Elijah and the looks she noticed earlier once again fell upon him.

Its as if he turns the a switch on and off.

The footsteps of running was more and more noticeable until some small figures showed up from their right.

They were two adorable kids both looked under ten years old and had a hint of blood from Elijah.

Harry and Harden Knight. Elijah's nephews and Allen's sons.

Jasmine was able of memorizing them and smiled when she saw them attack Elijah.

He just smiled a little and rubbed both their hairs as they both laughed.

"We missed you uncle." Said the eldest, which was Harry as she recalls.

"Pfftt.. more like you missed the poesnt he pomesd to get you." Said the other with such irony in his voice that sounded like Elijah's despite not even being able to speak correctly.

Harden, the smallest and most savage in choice of words.

Elijah scoffed a little at the youngest words.

"Is that true Harry?" He said with such a sweet voice.

This man seems to change who he is and how he speaks depending on who he's speaking to.

"No sir!!." Harry replied.

"Why would you believe someone who can't even speak right?"

Elijah laughed off his words.

"I'm a little tired today but we can talk about this tomorrow morning alright?." He said and he wasn't lying.

He looked tiered and even sounded like it.

"But I-"

"Harry let your Uncle rest. The trip back and the conference today must've drained all his energy."

A voice cut Harry off and both Elijah and Jasmine looked up to see Allen.

He approached them in seconds before giving Jasmine a warm hug which she returned.

"Jasmine. I'm sorry we weren't here earlier to welcome you." He sweetly said with a smile.

"No its fine we left after we came immediately."she said as she returned the smile.

"You need some sleep." Allen said looking at his brother who just shot him ' I-know-bitch' look which he just laughed at.

"Knowing him he probably didn't show you around. Allen said as he pulled Jasmine further inside.

They walked through a small hall until they reached a massive living room at the end.

It had many other pathways on each side that took you to the rest of the mansion Jasmine assumed.

"We can't show you around now since its late so I think you should just meet the rest of the family." Allen said as they walked further inside.

Both Harry and Harden ran infront of them and it was only seconds until she was able of seeing the family in the dining room.

A small figure stood in front of her.

It was a beautiful woman in her late 20, she had blue eyes and blond hair with such pale skin. Her eyes fell upon a slim nose and a smile that looked so sweet.

Her hair was tied up in a bun causing the small freckles on the sides of her face to be noticeable.

"This is my wife Farina." Allen said.

"Hi, its so nice to finally meet you." She sounded as sweet as she looked.

Jasmine smiled once again.

"I've heard so much about you, and Allen's words just got me so excited to meet you. And let me say your as beautiful as he described." Farina said as she looked at her features.

Ignoring the flustered feeling she got she just passed a small laugh.

"I'm so sorry I couldn't make it to the wedding it just came so suddenly and Harry had some check ups I couldn't miss. I wouldn't made it if someone opened thier mouth earlier about wanting to get married." Shooting a glare at Elijah which he just chose to ignore.

"Its fine, it caught me off guard too." Jasmine said with the best smile she could wear.

"Where's Nany?" Elijah said looking through the dining room.

"She went to sleep early, what she usually does after every tea party. She wanted me to apologize to you Jasmine for missing the chance to greet you. But she promised she'll be the first you'll see tomorrow. " Allen said as he turned to face her.

"No its okay I don't mind." She said.

"There is one unexpected guest with us today though." Allen said as he gave Elijah wierd looks.

"She decided to show up without a heads up because she was so excited to see you." Allen added looking back at Jasmine.

A she?

Wait woah this wasn't in the script.

"What guest are you-"

"A beautiful, funny and humble guest ." A woman's voice cut off Elijah's words and she showed up from what Jasmine guessed was the kitchen.

Elijah's neck turned so fast to face her and looked her dead in the eye.

Jasmine wasn't sure if it was disappointment or shock that was in his eyes.

I think it was a mixture of both.

The girl seemed like she was barely 19. She had a slim body and features that belonged to models.

Her sharp green eyes looked so familiar and her face was so small. Her brunette hair had shades of ash grey at the end and her perfect nose fell ubove pumped lips that were shining pink even from how far she was standing.

Within seconds Elijah's looks slowly turned into calm ones and he tilted his head to the right a little as if he's wondering why she was standing in front of him right now and everyone in the room felt the intensity.

The girl just gave him a smile showing that his looks didn't affect her one bit.

Sounding as calm as a winter storm could be he spoke

"What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to see this Beautiful wife you got." She playfully answered.

She even sounds as a kid.

"I was so curious to see the new Mrs.Kight that I got on the first plane back once I heard the news." She added as she walked closer.

"After all I am a Knight and the Knights need to meet, don't you think so brother?" She said her last words with a wierd tone between her voice.

Brother?

What does she mean by that?!

Jasmine doesn't recall him having a sister.

She looked back and forth between both of them and only then she realized why her green eyes looked so familiar. It was because they were the same as Elijah's.

What the hell is going on?
