Ch 5

At the residence of Minister Go, a heavy discussion was ongoing with his furen, his second Di Daughter Go Qing and his Di son Go Ming.

"Mother, this is direct insult to our family. I was supposed to get married first as eldest daughter. Who gave her the right to receive the blessing from his majesty himself" scowled Go Qing.

" How can General Shin know about Hwa Hwa. It must be that bitch who presented herself to him otherwise she was destined to remain locked under our control" scowled the main wife of Minister Go Kang, Li Qing.

"My lord, we can't let her be recognised. She was fated to remain unknown. You promised me" asked Li Qing, tears collecting at the corner of her eyes appearing pitiful.

Minister Go looked at his wife, since many years they have shared this bond. Though he had concubines but he truly had feelings for her and she , Li Qing had everything that he wanted in a wife.

She was the di daughter of their neighbouring country's prime minister. She married in exchange for peace between borders.

When she entered Ming Qi, she was given right to choose any prince she wanted. But she still chose him Go Kang who was a minor minister in the palace. Though there marriage carried a promise with it but there bond had always been strong.

Seeing anger, frustration and tears in his beloved woman and daughters eyes he stood up and while angrily brushing his sleeves he called for the maid " call Hwa Hwa right now".

In the residence of Minister Go there south wall had a small cottage, which was a seperate entity with no connection to the nearby built elaborate courtyards. It consist of three rooms but the structure felt it was roughly built by someone.

But except that, the entire area carried with it a grace and charm as if one could sleep for a while by resting there head on those dainty furnitures.But if touched indiscriminately one would suffer miserably, maybe death would be a merciful outcome after that.

As sunlight peeked through the window it fell on the conture of a delicate woman wearing all black and a small clover shaped pendent resting on her waist.

Her hairs were covering one side of her face but they carried a charm which would compel someone to just caress them one time. Her dark eyes were fixed on the cloth in her lap but her needles moved in a peculiar manner as if tracing sometimg.

The infamous adopted daughter of Go Family, Go HwaHwa sat there on the veranda with an embroidery resting on her lap while her family members gritted their teeth because of the proposal.

If one looked at her small traingular shaped face with a pointed chin. They made her beauty both sharp and enchanting to the person watching, while her graceful movements made one anticipate what she will de next along with her hands.

There was also an air of carefree attitude as if a guest waiting for curtain to rise and entertainment to start.

As expected,suddenly a maid ran out " lady HwaHwa, Master is calling for you".

Smiling HwaHwa stood up " let's go it's been a while since I was entertained".
