9 First Date

Fuck I'm nervous as hell today is the day I'm going to take her to our first date and will propose to her.

I don't know how she will react to my proposal and what will be her answer, though I know she also likes me. Still my heart can't stop beating like I had ran the longest marathon race.

I felt like my heart would pop out any moment of the day.

Though I have showered two times but still I'm sweating like hell. My friend Jamie Nicholas was trying to make me calm down but it was not working.

If only my best friends Sean, Ethan and Cole were here, they would know how to make me relax but Jamie did not know me like my buddies did.

I just wish they were here today!

Jamie was also laughing at my brittle state and I was rather getting agitated with him. So I fixed myself a strong neat scotch and drank in one gulp, to some extent it made me relaxed a bit.

It was almost time for me to go and pick up Shereen. I had told her I would pick her up at 7:30 PM.

So I took a long breath in and out for 3 times and took the 100 red rose bouquet and a Blue Nile diamond necklace that I had bought for her, looking myself for the one last time at the mirror I enchanted a mantra "All is well, everything will be fine and she will give me her answer yes!"

I walked out of my room and walked through the stairs, as I was reaching the end of the stairs I heard Jamie say "Good luck man and don't worry she will accept your proposal as I can see the love for you in her eyes as well" and patted my back.

Hearing him say that I felt happy and we both laughed to release the tension saying thank you I went to my Lamborghini and got settled into it.

Starting the engine I drove to my destination.my love.my Shereen.

All throughout the driving my thoughts were jumbled but I tried calming myself by listening to some music.

"This Little Thing Called Love" by Ronan Keating was playing and I smiled to myself thinking yes! Yes! I'm now walking through the thing called love.

Half an hour later I reached Shereen's place, she and her friends Nia and Mary lived together in a duplex penthouse owned by her parents.

The night was so beautiful, the moon shone to its brightest and stars were smiling in the sky.

Those moon and the stars were going to be our new found love alibi.

Calling Shereen I told her I was outside her house at the same time I got a call from my best buddy Sean, as I was going to pick up his call I saw the most beautiful girl standing at the door.

My jaw dropped and my eyes popped out thinking how someone could be so mesmerising and wonderous.

There she was my Goddess wearing a knee length blue cocktail dress with flowers embroidered in it and oh my! She is the most beautiful creature I have ever seen in my life.

My breath hitched as she started walking towards me feeling all flustered and shy. Her cheeks were tinted red which said that she was nervous as well.

I was not able to move my eyes from her, she was all I could think and see.

She stood in front of me and closed my hanging jaw which made me realise I was lost...lost in her beauty.

Her scent wafted to my nostrils so sweet and addictive and I wanted to lose myself in her, run my tongue into her neck.

Thinking about this little Aiden started getting hard then and there I wanted to pull Shereen into the back seat of my Lamborghini and make hard core love to her.

Fuck, I need to get a grip of myself before I do something silly and ruin this date, mentally slapping myself. I calmed myself down.

She said "Hi and I gave a little kiss to her cheek and said you are looking so beautiful".

Upon hearing me say this she got a little shy nevertheless the smile she gave me made my whole life lit up like a fire.

"She was going to be my death"!

I took her hand and opened the passenger door for her and made her wear the seat belt. After she got settled I walked back to the driver's seat and started the engine towards our destination.

I had arranged a perfect little date at my father's private yatch away from the hustle bustle of the city.

While having our romantic time, we would be sailing around the sea and I had also arranged a firework special for her.

I had planned to make our first date memorable.

All throughout the driving we were both silent but it was comfortable silence as we were both nervous but the slow romantic love song that was playing in the background made us relaxed.

After driving for forty-five minutes we finally reached our destination.

I parked the car and went out to open the door for Shereen like a gentleman would do.

I locked my car and held her hand in mine, it fitted perfectly with mine. Her hand was so soft like a baby's skin and I don't know what came to me. I brought her hand towards my lips and gave a gentle kiss on it.

She again gave me that mesmerising smile and I knew...knew that she is mine, now only words needed to be spoken.

While walking towards the yacht gentle warm breeze hit our skin and blew the hair of Shereen touching her sheer bright skin. Even then I thought how could someone be so beautiful.

"I can fight the whole world for her that's for sure"

Today the 23rd of March was the beginning of our love and I wish to spend another thousand years with her.

Upon reaching the yacht she was so enthralled looking at the night view of the sea, full moon shining and reflecting on the water, stars twinkling in the sky and a gentle warm breeze of air made our romantic night perfect.

I led her inside the deck of the yacht where a table was set with scented candles, flowers with heart shapes scattered all over the floor and with candles lit around the heart made the deck look more bright and beautiful.

I had done a good job arranging everything so perfectly!

This...this is where I'm going to propose to her and ask her to be my girlfriend and I'm gonna make sure she says yes to me!
