Books

There were no guards outside the library. Well it did made sense it would be enough if someone enters this forest and is able to get back at least let alone the library. This place is like impossible to reach due to the forest. I don't know how much time she spent here to be able to distinguish right path so easily. She dropped me inside, showed me the room where medicinal books are kept. But before going she warned me " don't try going in other floors and rooms, because you are here on my risk and if you go you will definitely die."

The fear on her face did look genuine. I nodded and then she left saying "if we both stay here together, people will be suspicious of us and some bad rumour might start. Also you would need some time alone to concentrate, so I'll just leave you alone." Then she left. Now i needed to store the information i would be getting here but how?!! I just can't store the books itself or else they'll definitely know if a book disappears. Then i saw a brush and papers and ink.

I immediately took the blank paper and started noting down what was written on the book along with understanding it side by side. The poison i had wasn't mentioned there. Even though the cures to these diseases and poison was tough or maybe just impossible for people from this period but i did know some myself. But this poison was different.
