Sora POV

The game progressed with Karasuno winning the first set, 12-25. Tokonami to Karasuno. I smiled fondly and watched them switch sides.

I moved my attention over to the the other court with Date Tech and their opponents. I watched as Date Tech slammed and shut down their opponents attacks. Each attack and each one were shut down. The faces of the spikers and the Setter on the opposite team were upset

'They break them.' I though. 'Their wall can break more than spikes.'

I looked away from their match and went back to watching Karasuno. A smile made it's way onto my face once more seeing that #9, Kageyama, hit another service Ace.

As the matches go on the sets and games almost finish for the other three teams on the court. Date Tech is finishing up their last set and Karasuno is at match point. One more point and they win the game.

"Damn you!!" the libero yells since the opposing team was able to land a point. The captain of the teams yells back to his team "We'll take the next point back!" he says as the Tokonami stops their cheering to look at them surprises.

I smile slightly "They're playing them for keeps." Sean says. I hum at that. "Out of everyone here, they're not a hard opponent to go against and yet here this team is playing they for keeps. Hah. What an amusing team." Sean continues on and I smirk at that comment.

Karasuno shortly gets the last point and ends the game of Karasuno Vs.Tokonami. I look over at the other score board. Date Tech wins. I look down at the match and watch them wrap it up.

I smile down as they pack up and I hear Sho-kun talking to their setter about winning and staying in longer. I chuckle at that and look over at Sean. "Well want to grab a snack before the next game?" I ask him.

He smiles at me and puts his hands in his pockets. "Sure. Though I wonder where our coaches went." he says and I look around the seating area stopping at familiar faces that were dressed in a white and teal outfit.

I smile at them and see that they were sitting decently close to us and also observing the match. "I wonder. But we'll see them after the prelims any way." I say. He shrugs and we both turn around making our way down to the halls to find a vending machine.

As we walk down the halls various players that finished that matches have either happy and enthused expressions or saddened and lost expressions. The winners and the losers.

I sigh out and my expression turns sour and sad. "Oi don't look that way." Sean says beside me and pats my back. I look up at him. "But I can't help it. Those players tried their best and yet only the best out of the best can make it to the top and continue playing volleyball. The reason why we trained and practiced so hard. It makes me want to train and work harder." I say and look at him determinedly.

His eyes widen at my statement and he chuckles. "That's what I like about you. Your able to understand others well and be able to work harder than anyone else." he says while chuckling. I start laughing a little too and stop at a vending machine. I pull out some money and pick out a bottle of water. "What do you want?" I ask Sean.

"Water too." He says and I nod my head. Pushing another water and move on to the next vending machine beside getting some nuts for both of us. "Here." I say passing him his stuff.

"Thanks." he says and we walk around the venue going to the next games that start soon in another area. I pull out the paper that had the next games. "Hey so what powerschools are here in Miyagi?" Sean asks while we walk in the building.

"Hm. I looked at the lineups and the teams not to long ago to see what has changed but for the boys volleyball team, the top in the prefecture is Shiratorizawa, where they have a player names Ushijima Wakatoshi. Have you heard of him before?" I asked wondering if his name reaches out of Japan.

Sean puts his hand under his chin. "Nope never heard of the dude before in the States. But once I got here I heard that name and the school before." I nodded my head continuing. "I see, the next top school is Aoba Johsai where they have a pretty decent line up where they have a couple first years on the starting lineup. Plus they have a really talented setter and Ace." I say smiling while I look at the names and teams on the paper.

Sean hums next to me. "But the other top teams are Wakutani South high, Johzenji placed up there too. Date Tech as well, they'll be playing against Karasuno in the next game." I said thinking of the other teams.

"Cool." Sean said and looked at me. "You lived here before right. So what school did you go to?" he asked and I smiled remembering the girls team that I played with. "I went to Niiyama Girls middle school." I said and he raised an eyebrow.

"An all girl's school?" he asked skeptically and I nodded. "Why did you not like boys or something~" he joked around and I elbowed him. I puffed out my cheeks. "Nothing like that. Niiyama Girl's school is known for their strong volleyball team, I checked and saw that they still go to nationals." I said tapping my finger on my chin.

"Why don't you go there?" he asks. I hummed a bit. "Don't know~ Maybe I'll tell you~" teasing him now since he teased me. He rolled his eyes and drank some of his water. "So what's the next game?" he asks as we turn the corner. "Aobajohsai is playing in this game and Shiratorizawa should be playing in the same arena too." I say.

He hums and he stops in his track. I notice this and stop to look back at him looking up from the paper in my hands. "What's wrong?" I ask and he motions over to some individuals down the hall and I look over at them. My eyes widen seeing Ushijima with his team and Oikawa and Iwaizumi with theirs.

"It looks like a fight might break out." Sean says. "I don not want to get caught up in that." he continues on but starts walking closer. "I thought you said you didn't want to get caught up in it?!" I ask him confused. "Yeah, but we got their game to watch and to find some good seats or an area that's free." he tells me.

I sigh and follow along next to him getting closer to the two opposing schools. Much like others, we plan on getting to the stands. But individuals that see this rush past us to go another way. 'They're scaring others.' I say to myself.

"We're gonna win these upcoming matches and take you down!" I hear Oikawa say straight to Ushijima's face. A guy with bright red spiky hair bobs his head around finding it amusing. "Okay." Ushijima says bluntly. Beside me I hear Sean snort at that, we were only a couple feet away from them. I shove my elbow into his side telling his to be quiet.

I look up to see Oikawa grow irked along with the rest of Aoba Johsai as Shiratorizawa, some players watched in amusement or blank faces.

"I'll tear that cocky and blunt face of yours off and make you have an expression of defeat!" Oikawa says as he points at Ushijma. Now Sean and I are currently walking passed them without any rush or worry. Completely ignoring their presence and not worrying about them. Some players on both teams stare and look at us, most of them except three of them. Oikawa, Iwaizumi, and Ushijima. I sweatdrop a bit and continue walking down the hall as Sean gives them a glance before walking off. I too glanced at them to see them staring at us and gave the Aoba Johsai team a small smile.

Once we were pretty far away from them I let out a sigh. Sean looked to me and sighed as well. "Man, that was tense. I haven't been in a tense situation in a while." he said to me as we walked up the stairs to watch the games. I nod my head. "It was weird. They were giving us some looks and glances as we walked by. They didn't do it to others." I said.

Sean ruffled his hair. "Well we were the only ones that decided to use that hall. Like we were the only ones that decided to go down when we literally pass by two powerhouse schools. Who would be crazy enough to do it besides us?" he says. I roll my eyes a bit.

"They weren't all that scary." I say and we both walk up to find an empty seats that gave a good look at the games. Not to far away up but close to the ledge where you can see.

We sit down and open our snacks. The players that we saw inside come out onto the courts and start doing a quick warm ups.

3rd POV

The brown haired pretty girl and the brown haired male walk down the hall, walking straight and off to the side avoiding the two teams standing off against each others. On lookers look at them in fright and wonder if they're crazy or want to die. Some of them whisper and make comments "Dude, they're not going the long way. They'll get caught up in their stuff! I feel bad for that girl!"

The whispers got a little louder but the two teams ignored it. But as they got closer to the powerhouse schools, the boy snorted at a comment the captain of Aoba Johsai causing some Shiratorizawa members look back seeing them walking towards them. Followed by the pretty girl elbowing the guy next to her.

They watched as the two of them ignored them and continued walking. Some members that were further up at the front focused at the words and stared off into space at the conversation of the opposite team captains.

As both of them walked completely next to them did the Aoba Johsai team notice the both of them except their vice captain and captain, considering that Iwaizumi was keeping Oikawa in check.

A member on Aoba Johsai with light brown cream puff styled hair gawked at the pretty girl that walked right next to him, while others on the team watched them. Some looking at the girl with recognition, remembering that they saw her somewhere before.

As both teams watched them walk by the taller man glanced at them and gave them a nod. While the girl gave them a quick glance and a smile. 'Cute~' the boys thought as they continued walking down the halls. The boys that saw had a small blush on their cheeks at the smile. As they got further and further away they saw them head up the stairs that lead to the stands.

They were all kind of surprised at them for just walking down the hall when nobody or other players decided to use it since they were their. Plus they just casually walked passed them and the girl didn't pay any attention to Oikawa.

'Who were those two?' most of them thought.

Soon enough the two captains finished their talk and left to go onto the courts. The two teams made their way onto the courts starting their warm ups.

Sora POV

The whistle soon blew after a couple minutes of warm ups, announcing the start of the games. I took another look at the time sheet to see that the games here will finish and the game with Karasuno, starts soon after. I look up and tap Sean's arm. "Hey when they wrap up the games here, let's go back and watch Karasuno Vs.Date Tech okay?" I ask him and he gives me the okay sign.

I smiled at that and turned my attention onto the games in front. 'Shiratorizawa on the right and Seijoh on the left....Let's see how much you've improved Iwaizumi, Oikawa.' I say to myself smirking as the two teams line up.
