Poke two tigers

Ruhan was satisfied with his appearance, then he walked to his parent's room slowly...to manipulate his ultimate weapon... Mrs. Ahmed.

He was determined that he would never let Lisa snatch his position. If he had to join office to replace her, he would.

So, at night he dragged his tired mother out of her room and started to apply hard approach then soft approach on his mother.

Mrs. Ahmed had always been helpless when it came to Ruhan. So she could only agree with Ruhan and promise him that she would talk to his father.

Mr. Ahmed was working on his laptop. At this time Mrs. Ahmed approached him and started to fawn over him sweetly. 

Mr. Ahmed raised his eyebrow and asked her, "What do you want?"

Mrs. Ahmed faked anger, "Can I not demand romance from my husband?  Or do you think that I am too old?"

Mr. Ahmed chuckled,  "We have been married for almost 4decades. Now speak..what do you want?

He pinched her cheek as a form of punishment.

"Ouch" Mrs. Ahmed felt really wronged. Her husband was too clever.

Anyway,  she decided to take the direct approach and informed him that Ruhan wished to join office. So he should remove Lisa from her position.

Mr. Ahmed chuckled and denied her directly. He was too old to be influenced by pillow talk.

Mrs. Ahmed became really angry this time.

"Why?" she was breathing heavily, "The position belongs to our son. Why would you prioritise an outsider more than our son?"

"What qualifications does he have to sit on that position? Lisa already has experience. The fact that she managed to revive a dying company like LiCorp is enough to prove her qualifications. If you want to spoil your son then go ahead. But stay away from the matters of our company." Mr. Ahmed spoke company. Sometimes his wife really annoyed him.

Hearing Mr. Ahmed's words, Mrs. Ahmed turned pale. It's been a long time since her husband spoke to her like that!!!

It's all because of that Lisa!!!

Of course Mrs. Ahmed would put the blame on Lisa!!

She left the soon with resentment. Ruhan was eagerly waiting for him outside.

"Mom, did you succeed? Did father agree?" Ruhan asked cheekily when he saw his mother.

"What qualifications do you have to sit on that position?-- it was the question your father asked me." Mrs. Ahmed said with self-deprecating smile. "I guess I will always have to suffer from humiliation because of you."

Mrs. Ahmed threw the last sentence and left.

Ruhan was dumbfounded. Je saw his mother's retreating back and clenched his fist tightly.

His mother had never spoken to him like that!!! She would scold him or sometimes punish him lightly. But she never showed her disappointment like this.

His heart ached. But..he decided to channel his anger to Lisa.

'Lisa...you have managed to secure that position.. But let's see how long can you keep it."

On the other side, Lisa had no idea that she had managed to poke two tigers on a single day. Both of them vowed to make things difficult for her.

Being ignorant of the hardships of future, she slept peacefully while dreaming about a prosperous future!!!
