I miss you
Everyone is dead? My heart becomes still, only to constrict itself tightly in the next instant as the words sink into my belly. This is impossible.
I rub my eyes. This is a talking cat. I am in an unfamiliar place. How can I trust this cat's words?
"Fine." I smile at the cat. "I will take a look in the mirror."
"Hmph!" The cat steps away from me. "Do whatever you want."
This cat hates me for sure. I glance at the man with golden eyes. He furrows his brows, seemingly distressed as he gets up on his feet. Even though he looks like an adult version of Baek Joon Woo, I can see the dissimilarities. His skin is smoother, paler, and his long onyx black hair looks soft to touch.
I brush my index finger against the strand of his hair. It's softer than it looks
His cheeks burn red as he bends down his head slightly as if he is a puppy who wants his master to rub his head.
Why do I attract weirdos? Isn't a creepy fae enough?
