189 A Lonely Moon

"It's fine with me," Nell murmurs. She is his betrothed, after all. "When are we going?"

"Tomorrow." Eli tells her, "The wedding preparations are going on. We do have to stay with them for a while."

And he doesn't like the idea. 

"Where are you going?" A sharp voice interrupts them. "Without me, you have made a lot of plans. I have never seen such ungrateful people in my life."

"You are only nine years old." Nell stares hard at the cat. The piece that fell out of her when she was struggling with Aeden is right in front of her. A cat that Baek Joon Woo wanted. Eyes that remind her of Aeden. "It's been only a few months since you received your body."

"And whose fault is that?" Devil Cat snaps at her. "I was unconscious for days. Is this how I get treated? Nobody asks me how I am doing. Hmph! Even if I am gone, nobody will miss me."
