--- Chapter 2 ---

(5 Year Time Skip)

A little boy with snow white hair was laying down on the garden while looking at the clouds above.

He countsd them as they floated, softly and slowly, making the boy want to feel how it would be like to stand on them.

The boy gazed at them for a while more before closing his eyes and sighing.

'Ahh. 5 years had passed by and nothing has changed apart from the fact that we got a little sister...'

The boy then opened his eyes and looked around.

While he was looking around he saw a young chubby boy with black hair, crouching behind a tree.

Ren looked at his direction with confusion.

'Eh? Masamune?'

Ren was about to call Masamune out but then stopped when he saw something...interesting...

Masamune was running towards Ren while the fat on his body jiggled like waves on an ocean.

BOOM!

Ren suddenly felt like he was standing on a beach whilst a tsunami was coming at him.

'Huh?'

"Ren!

Ren snapped out of his illusion as he heard Masamune shout.

Masamune saw that Ren was looking at him and decided to run even faster.

"Ren!"

Right when Masamunw was as about to go and 'hug' Ren, he slipped.

BANG!

Masamune slided his knee against the grass before feeling some liquid run down his leg.

He then looked down and saw that some skin had peeled off his knee, making it bleed.

(A/N: I have not scraped my knee in months...)

Ren suddenly stood up and ran towards Masamune. He then knelt down beside him while asking him a question with worry.

"Masamune! Are you okay?"

Ren took Masamune's knee and laid it down while checking if he was hurt in any other place.

He then fond out that Masamune was only hurt in the knee, making him let out a sigh of relief.

Right when he was about to tell Masamune something, he stopped.

"Ren! Masamune! What happened?"

Ren turned his body and head around while answering the question.

"Mom! Masamune has scraped his knee and he is bleeding!"

After a few seconds of silence, Kinue came outside with a box of first aid.

She then knelt beside Masamune while putting a plaster to stop the bleeding.

"There, there. All better now."

Kinue started speaking while gently stroking Masamune's head.

Masamune then leaned his head towards his mother's shoulder while closing his eyes.

"Where's Chinatsu?"

Kinue turned her head towards her other son before smiling softly.

"She is sleeping. Oh! Your new neighbour will also come and visit us today!"

(A/N: Anyone else remember 'Hello Neighbor?')

Ren looked at her and tilted his head.

"Eh? How many people?"

Kinue just smiled at that and started stroking Ren's head.

"4."

Ren then thought for a while before smiling at his mother.

"Mom, I will go and watch TV for a while..."

Kinue looked at her son and nodded.

"Okay. Make sure to come to me when the doorbell rings. Okay?"

"Okay!"

Ren then started running towards the house whilst Kinue picked up Masamune who was now sleeping.

She then walked inside of the hous while smiling slightly.

Ren can be seen laying on the couch while watching the latest episode of 'Gotta Catch Em' All!'

It was basically a rip-off Pokèmon. Instead of catching the pokèmon, the people in the show will use masterballs to catch people. that were alive.

"I choose you! Daughter Gobu!"

Ren watched in interest as he saw a master ball fly towards the ground.

"Oh? So you're approaching me?"

The opponent started speaking while casually throwing a master ball towards the Main Character.

BOOM!

The ball flew across the field until it reached the Main Character.

After a while of flying, the masterball successfully hit the Main Character, making him go inside of the ball.

DING! DING! DING!

The masterball seated to the side three times before three stars appeared above it.

The opponent then walked towards the opponent while laughing.

"Hahaha! I have defeated you, Mil-Tan!"

Ren's expression gradually changed from interest to confusion.

"What was that..."

RING!

Ren was about to see what was going to happen next but then looked towards the door when he heard a sound.

RING!

The doorbell rang once again, making Kinue walk downstairs from her room.

"Coming!"

Kinue walked towards the door and shouted.

She then tiptoed and opened the door, revealing 4 figures.

The figures at the door all bowed slightly before greeting Kinue.

"Hell-"

They all were cut off by Kinue who was telling them to come inside.

"Come inside, I already prepared some food for you guys!"

The 4 figures looked at Kinue with confusion as they walked inside of the house.

Ren looked at all them with a smile. He was about to greet them but then froze for a while.

'They all look quite familiar...'

He then put those thoughts on the back of his mind as he slightly bowed and said hello.

The woman beside the man slightly chuckled whilst looking at Ren.

(A/N: Aki's mother was never introduced so I just made her the sister of the Quintuplet's mother)

"Oh, what a polite child. You must have been raising him well."

Kimue looked at them and smiled brightly.

"Of course!"

Ren was about to walk away and continue his thoughts but then stopped when he saw a girl in front of him.

She had blue eyes, paired with black hair that was parted into two messy pigtails, making her look quite cute.

Ren looked at her and then recognised her as one of the female leads in Masamune-kun's Revenge.

'Isn't that Adagaki Aki?'

'That means that the Adagaki family are our new neighbours...'

Ren continued to think as he looked at Aki.

She had her hand behind her as she looked down.

After a while, she looked up and stared Ren in the eyes before speaking.

"Do you want to play with my dogs?"
