12. Calm.

It takes a bit but my body is finally healed. I'm no longer smouldering either. Now I'm just naked sitting in a pool of hot water.

"Can someone get my a towel and some clothes please." I request.

Kurt suddenly pops in holding some of my clothes and a towel.

"Thank you." Apparently the others had noticed my little outburst. Rather embarrassing.

I quickly stand up wrapping myself in the towel faster than the others can follow.

I wave my hand and the ground I was sitting on along with any of my blood is scooped up into my spatial ring. Cant let others get my DNA after all.

I quadruple checked to make sure I got it all.

They wouldnt be able to steal my abilities as any clones would just be normal people. However I'd rather not have clones running around.

I super speed dry off and put in clothes before finding a dry spot to sit.

Cats out of the bag for these three I suppose.

Basically what they saw was me get extremely scary, go quiet for a second, burst into flames before storming out of the house where my body proceeded to break down.

Damn near killed myself in anger.

"So how bad did I burn my room." I ask in annoyance.

"Not bad, I was able to contain it for the most part. There is a scorch mark on the floor where you were standing though and the curtains are gone." Jean says quietly.

"I see, thank you." I reply before rubbing my forehead.

"So is everything Jean said true?" Rogue asks curiously.

I just shrug, can't really deny it now can I? "Yep for the most part. Can we not talk about it in the open please? That is rather private stuff." I ask calmly.

"That's fine." Jean says as the other two nod.

Soon the professor rolls up in his chair, seems that the medicine in this world is fantastic as his jaw is pretty much healed just some bruises remain.

"Might I inquire as to what happened?" He asked in a calm voice.

I just sigh, "Apparently, since Jean's body cant currently handle all of the pheonix. It split off a majority of itself into my body and created a bond. My body can handle the power, however that also means that the pheonix can read my mind and memories and decided to inform Jean about my private information. I didnt take that too well and for some reason had a surge of anger. I tried to force the pheonix out of my body, however that would kill everyone on the planet, then I was going to try to jump into space and let it out there, however that would kill Jean, so then I decided to try to destroy it inside my body however that ended up with me almost killing myself." I explain as they look shocked.

"I see, do you usually have bouts of extreme anger like that?" The professor asks.

"No which is odd, I'm usually calm." I deny. "Hopefully something like that won't happen again. Maybe its the stress from everything happening all at once, a new place, new school, new people, I recently found out I cant sleep so there's that."

The professor nods, "Understandable, things like this can tend to happen with such big changes. Perhaps try some meditation?" He suggests.

"I'll look into it." I nod.

After all he is a trained psychologist sl he probably knows what to do.

Maybe I should go visit the ancient one and see if she has any good meditation books.

I know of the sanctum in New York so I could swing by for a visit.

I'm already in New York so it wouldnt take that long to drive there. However traffic, ugh.

I'll just run it.

"I'll be back in a bit, I'm going for a little jog." I tell them standing up and running toward the edge of the grounds.

I pull my phone up and look up bleecker street in New York. Activate GPS and then just book it.

The entire arra suddenly comes to a halt in my mind as my body speeds up. I also activate Kitty's Intangibility and just cut straight across, running through buildings, trees, anything in my path.

I have to stop every couple of minute for the GPS to navigate me. But it doesnt take long to reach the New York sanctum, 177a Bleecker street.

It's a nice looking building, however the magical rune looking windows up top kind of give it away.

I walk up the steps and knock on the door.

A second later a large, confused looking bald man opens the door. "Yes?" He asks.

"I'm here to meet the ancient one." I say calmly.

"One moment please." he closes the door.

A couple minutes later the door is opened and I'm welcomed inside.

I'm led to a nice sitting room where a bald woman is waiting with a smile and some tea.

"I must admit I am surprised by your visit, I almost never get visitor that surprise me." The ancient one says.

"Sorry about that, I've had a rather hectic day and decided to drop by and request some advice." I sit down across from her in the empty chair.

"I can see that, you may be able to hide your future from me, however the others around you cannot. A problem with the pheonix force is it?" She says with a frown.

I kind of expected her to be able to see my future somehow so this doesnt shock me.

"Yes, I also figured I would come visit you and show that I have no Ill will towards earth." I explain.

"Mm I can see that you are a good person for the most part. Now then what is it I can do for you?" She asks with a smile passing me a cup of tea.

"I was wondering if you had any good books on meditation, I would like to prevent any kind of nasty backlash from my emotions. I doubt I'll need it but it never hurts to be prepared." I ask sipping the tea.

"I do." She waves her hand and a couple large books appear on the table.

I pick them up and quickly speed read through them memorizing the content. They are books on meditation, calming plants and herbs, and some other relaxation technique.

"Anything else?" She asks.

"I believe there is a man trapped in a seperate dimension at bayville high, i would also like to ask if you would be interested in training Wanda Maximoff in magic, i believe she uses chaos energy and has trouble controlling it." i request.
