Extraction

'This is the place'

I arrived at what seemed to be a broken hut, I could feel the Jinchuriki's presence, I know this won't be an easy deal so I had prepared a mask in advance as well as a white cloak

He slowly walked out of the hut and looked at my direction.

"State what you want."

"I want to extract the tailed beast inside you."

He immediately looked alarmed but right before he could I arrived behind him and knocked him unconscious.

I didn't need to be flashy as I wanted this to be done, I then entered his subconscious plane and I was faced with the six tails inside him.

"I think you've heard of what I've said."

I then unleashed my real chakra, Saiken, from what I remembered was its name it was a enormous white bipedal slug with stubby arms, feet and six long tails.

It looked at me curiously and sighed.

"Is this my fate?"

"You won't die but you won't be the same either, your host will still live but he won't remember the thing that had happened today."

"Tell me, has 'she' revived?"

"I won't answer that question but please feel free to speculate."

"Do as you please."

"Let me ask you one question then."

"What is it?"

"Why are you obedient?"

"Our father told us that we would be brought together again and that someone would emerge to show them what true power is, just by looking at you and sensing you I can already feel it would be a futile struggle."

"So you're saying I'm that someone then."

"No one would be so bold as you to capture a tailed beast all by themselves."

"Perhaps."

"And you're power, its already too much, in the end everything must fall back into place if it is my fate so be it, I'm rather tired to be used in wars."

"I'll have to erase your memories of me."

"Do as you will."

I nodded after I erased his memories of me and exited out of the plane, I then extracted perhaps around 50% of Saiken's essence.

As I continued the extraction I felt that I somehow became more filled with power, more livelier, but nothing like those things I read a lot that my body was being purified from filth.

It went for an hour, after I had done the job I had nothing left to do but wait for Zabuza's intel it was either the Four or Five tails they would find, there weren't any fights as I don't want to make this a spectacle as much as I would love to.

"Ugh."

The Jinchuriki showed signs of awakening when he looked at me.

'Tsukuyomi'

I know nothing of him but I made him relieve his life up until now so that his memories would blur and would wonder what was right and wrong perhaps it was for the best he may identify me but I have no plans in reappearing in front of him again.

To make sure I did erase myself from his memories before I casted Tsukuyomi, now I just wonder if he'll have an identity crisis after this.

"Well see you later."

I returned to Konoha after an hour, no one would notice me as it was my usual break time, I looked at the sun as it was finally going down.

Right about now is where I unsummoned my clones and all the information they had gathered would be transferred to me, nothing was wrong and it was the same still boring routine.

"Everyone is so busy these days."

Right everyone was, perhaps the Sasuke arc was a wake up call to everyone, Naruto and Jiraiya, I don't know where they are right now, the rest are either training or doing nothing.

"As for me I really do have nothing else other than wait for the tailed beasts, I have Isobu and Saiken's already as for my power I don't have a good measure on how strong I've become."

I mumbled as I walked through the night it was just one of those days again but through a rare occasion, perhaps the second time in my life.

I ate on my own and slowly walked back home, Kakashi was on a mission, Karin, Fu and Yamato were also on a mission, Hinata and Ino were still training with Tsunade.

Right before I crossed the street to where my house was, I decided to screw around and went to Konoha cemetery.

When I arrived there I looked at the statue that commemorated the attack years ago, I tried sensing Obito but he wasn't here.

"Funny I'd never thought I'd see you here."

I heard a voice and to my surprise it was Kakashi who I thought was still on a mission.

"You come here almost everyday why wouldn't I be here?"

He placed a flower somewhere as I followed him, and there it was, it was Rin and Obito's grave.

"This place holds a special place in my heart, these used to be my teammates."

"I can infer that much."

He continued staring at it, frankly if he continued staring at it I wonder why he never sensed Obito who was stalking him here from time to time, I mean sure this was Konoha but after the attack shouldn't he have been a bit vigilant?

"You know dropping you guard is bad and wrong, even if this is Konoha, If Orochimaru and the Sound Four or Five can come here who knows who else might be here."

Let's see if he can sense Obito this time.

"You're right, but still who on earth would come here."

"Who knows, You're Kakashi Hatake someone may come after you here one day."

He nodded and pondered on my words, we eventually left together and came back home I know my words may seem small but this would bring a change if he really took it to heart.

"Good night Kakashi-nii."

He nodded as he closed his door as I soundly slept, let's see if it'll bring a change sooner or later.

"Hey Hey aren't we a bit to early!"

"It's not like Dad doesn't know we're gonna come, if anything he's just waiting for us to come"

"But the turtle said that we shouldn't mess with time!"

"I'll tell you something, this was bound to happen whether we like it or not, I believe this will continue to happen and the cycle will repeat itself, am I right sensei?"

"You two, fine do whatever you want I refuse to believe your father didn't know anything about this."

"Cool! We get to see Grandma!"

"I don't think-"

"At this point in time no."

When I awoke there was a bird with a letter on its feet on the window of the house, I was alarmed, since the bird wasn't just a bird but it was a bird made of ink! It was an ugly one at that perhaps he was still trying to master it.

'Screw that guy can't they be more discreet!?"

I opened it and to my relief they had found the four tails on the way to Iwa, they say he had been travelling all around the world and was about to return to Iwagakure, as for the five tails, he's been missing for a long time presumed to be dead.

'But this is a first, it was never known how they were captured so maybe the Akatsuki intercepted them then a bout was sure to happen.'

So this means I'm late in pursuing the five tails, but the four tails is easy, after this only the two, seven, eight and nine tails will be left, as for the one tail I'll visit them on a diplomatic mission.

I stood up and the bird disappeared.

"Well today's a new day."
