Mikhail defended Lumina's punch with his shadow sword with a shield form but still, he was sent flying several meters behind.

"Where is Lumina? She's not coming with us?" Reina asked Mikhail while she keeps hugging Momon in her bosom.

"Wifey, she said she has something to do today so she can't come with us! Let's go!" Mikhail held Reina's smooth soft hand and began walking together beside her.

"Something she has to do? She is always with you 24/7 every day. It's really weird that she has something else to do without being by your side. But… Whatever… Let's go then!" Reina tried to think about it but decided to ignore it.

Mikhail chuckled when he saw Reina's serious expression while thinking 'this girl still as clueless as ever'.

Mikhail and Reina looked around the Blue City happily together while holding each other's hands and Momon was not on Reina's embrace anymore but instead, it was hanging on Mikhail's shoulder right now.

After they had lunch together in the noodles shop at the side of the road. Reina and Mikhail continued to walk around Blue City with Reina but he quickly realized that something was wrong.

"What are you…" Reina felt a bit violated by Mikhail's action and wanted to rebuke him but Mikhail quickly whispered something to her.

"Shhh... We are being followed and monitored! Act as usual and do not let them notice that we're already aware of them." Mikhail whispered to Reina's ear very close until she can feel his warm breath on her sensitive ear and made her face reddened.

"Who are they? Why are they following us around?" Reina quickly shifted her mind and asked Mikhail back.

"I also don't know… Maybe that fatty rich guy, but his people did not seem as skilled and trained like this before! Also, their movement is so smooth and coordinated. It means that the one that gave them the order is a very skilled and smart man! It is impossible for that fatty Ron to command them like this or we would already be caught by them before!" Mikhail frowned while kept on analyzing all the stalkers' movements.

"Then what should we do? Runaway or hide on the crowd?" Reina asked Mikhail's opinion once again.

"Follow me and enter that alley over there…" Mikhail kept on hugging Reina's waist with his right hand and walked together beside her, then they entered the nearby alley.

Several people that followed them quickly entered the alley too but they found that Mikhail and Reina were already missing and when they tried to search for Mikhail and Reina, they still cannot find them even after searching the entire alley.

"They are gone!!! Quickly, report back to the captain and tell him that we lost them here!" One of the people said to his friends.

"Okay… Then I will report it! All of you keep searching around here!" One of them ran toward City Lord direction.

While Mikhail already equipped his demonic werewolf soul and carried Reina with princess carry style toward the outside of Blue City and almost entered the green lush forest.

"Are we going outside Blue City now? How about Lumina? You do not intend to leave her behind, aren't you?" Reina asked Mikhail anxiously.

"Of course not! But we do not have a choice right now! I will bring you to a safe place first then I will go back again to pick Lumina up! Because all would be in vain if they catch us first right now!" Mikhail frowned and explained to Reina.

However, Mikhail brought Reina and jumped out of Blue City's wall, his sense of smell detected many people inside the lush green forest.

"To think they already anticipated us this far! Tsk… Well, I just need to use my sense of hearing and smell to avoid getting spotted by any people inside the forest then!!!" Mikhail still decided to enter the forest even though he already knew that there are many guards patrolling around inside.

"They have anticipated us? So there are many people searching for us even inside this forest?" Reina frowned while asked Mikhail anxiously.

"Yes… Keep quiet once we're inside the forest! I will try to use my ability to avoid getting spotted by any of them!" Mikhail warned Reina and dashed to enter the forest.

Like what Mikhail predicted, there are actually many people… no, many guards that patrolled around the forest.

All of them are heavily armed and they are all riding a red velociraptor while there is some kind of whistle on their mouth.

Moreover, they are all spread so thinly around the forest to cover a wider area and Mikhail found it quite irritating that there are guards stationed close to each other, only several meters away. It is because if he tried to kill one of them swiftly the other will still have time to blow the whistle to call for reinforcement.

"This formation is really annoying! It limited our movement and preventing us to kill any people if we do not want to expose our location right away! As I expected before, the leader of these guards is not ordinary at all!" Mikhail frowned even deeper while jumped silently from one tree to another to avoid being spotted by any guards.

"Is it really that formidable?" Reina whispered to Mikhail.

"Of course it is! But why do I keep on feeling that something still felt missing!" Mikhail kept thinking while he kept on jumping from one tree to another tree and entered the forest deeper.

While Mikhail kept thinking what was missing, he accidentally stepped onto something on the top of some tree's branch.

CLANG… CLANG… CLANG…

A loud voice of bell is resounding through the entire forest alerting all the guards.

"Shit!!! I thought what was really missing, so it was this!!! He already set a tight formation on the ground so how could he forget to set some traps on the top of many trees!!! He really got us this time!" Mikhail's face paled while he increased his speed to maximum leaving all of his pursuers behind. Even the red velociraptor could not match with Mikhail once he ran with his maximum speed.

"What should we do now? They come from everywhere toward us!" Reina warned Mikhail while observing her surrounding and she saw many guards that came towards them from all direction with amazing speed and really neat formation. You could tell that they are on a different level than the slave house's guards. Each one of them is truly a trained warrior that had many experiences in battle.
