(Shinobu PoV)

I'm currently on a mission with my big sister Kanae, it was to eliminate a demon from the north.

Although this was supposed to be a single-man mission. I stubbornly followed my sister not because she's weak, but because she's too nice, she would show kindness toward those Demons!

Something I wonder how could she be so kind as to show pity toward a demon? They are nothing more than man-eating monsters.

All of sudden my sister stopped her tracks. "Onee-san?"

"Say, Shinobu-chan, let's eat something first before going, what do you say?" Kanae said with an affectionate smile.

I unconsciously touched my stomach and I remembered that I skipped lunch, then my stomach started growling.

Hearing my stomach growl, Kanae giggled and I became embarrassed.

"That's a yes, now let's go to a restaurant shall we?" After that, I followed her with a red face.

After a moment of walking, my sister stopped and pointed at the building in front of us. "Let's try dining there. It looks lively."

I looked at the building right in front of me, and I saw plenty of people laughing and having a good time. To be honest it was nice to see but...I never saw this many people in a restaurant!

Then my sister went inside the building, while I cautiously stared around the building looking for any potential threats.

Then my sister noticed my cautiousness and said, "Shinobu-chan, you don't have to be tense, you know? Relax, it's just a restaurant."

"But Onee-san! There is nothing wrong with being cautious!" I stated.

"Shhhh, my baby sister we are here to dine, not to fight so listen to you Onee-san okay?" Her smile sent shivers down my spine, if anyone was a threat here it's my sister.

"Y-yes!"

"Good girl." Kanae's expression reverted to a gentle one.

After that, we were guided by the waiter of the restaurant. To be honest, I was impressed by what was inside, the decorations were beautiful.

"I didn't expect this, the interior is amazing... whoever made this is a genius."

Kanae agreed with my statement. "Yes, it has a wonderful atmosphere."

My sister chose a private room, rather than the public one downstairs. While it's lively, both of us can't stand staying in a crowded place for a long time.

Then a waitress gave us a list of to choose from, she called it 'Menu' while I don't know what it means, it has a nice ring on it.

I started reading the menu, and it surprised me, not only are there plenty of varieties of food... and desserts?

What's that?

From what I saw in the picture, they were sweets and this got my attention, it's been a while since I've last tasted sweets.

I want to order a few... let's see... What about donuts and cupcakes?

As for the salty ones, I'd like to try this pork steak, it looks appetizing.

"I've decided what to order, what about you know Onee-san?"

"Well, I'm also the same. Waitress-san!" After that, the waitress approached them and said,

"Have you decided what to order ma'am?"

"Yes, I'd like to have this Vanilla P-parfait? And tuna sushi." Kanae had a hard time pronouncing parfait.

The waitress nodded, and then her attention shifted toward me, and asked. "What about you ma'am?"

"Donuts, cupcakes, and pork steak please."

The waitress nodded and said. "I've got your orders ma'am's."

Then the waitress went outside to their private room.

And both of us waited for our orders to arrive.

(Blake PoV)

It's been an entire week since we established our restaurant, and what I didn't expect was that our restaurant was an instant success.

While I'm pretty much certain that it's going to be a success due to the fact that EMIYA's skills in the kitchen are godly, his dishes were so delicious that I couldn't help but moan in pleasure.

Yeah, it's weird but I can help but it's delicious! It's probably the most delicious dish that I have tasted in my entire life!

It wasn't just me who thought of his cooking skills as godly, even Echidna and Jaune agreed with my opinion.

As for Lucifer, she was reluctant to admit it, to her it was a matter of pride and dignity to submit to EMIYA's cooking, so every time she took a bite, her expression was pure blessing into anger, disgust, and disdain.

It was complicated, it was hard for her to swallow that EMIYA is just good at cooking!

Anyway, overnight our restaurant became popular, we didn't even need to hypnotize people to be popular.

Well, hypnotizing was our last option, but such a scenario didn't happen so bygones!

At first, it was just us who was the waiter/waitress, except Lucifer because she refuses to serve some humans, but it was fine. It was fairly obvious that she was going to refuse but there was nothing wrong with trying.

So on the first day, it was really tiring, we didn't expect that there would be a lot of customers, my legs almost gave up.

Then the next day, we decided to hire several people with experience, they weren't rare, so it was easy.

The rest of the day wasn't tiring anymore, at least I can still feel my legs but on the third day, we had a problem.

There was a shortage of chefs, while EMIYA is good, he was only a single person, he couldn't cook alone for dozens of people at the same time.

So as the solution, me and Jaune became a chef along with EMIYA, both of us know that we can't be compared to EMIYA but good thing I have a cheat item.

The chocolate pocky! I was planning to use this after I start training with breathing techniques if I ever had the chance to learn but the situation calls for it and I decided to use it now.

Both Jaune and I ate chocolate pocky so that our learning capability would be tenfold and the effects were immediately showing.

While not as good as EMIYA we could at least replicate the dishes, the kitchen became a battlefield since then.

Thus a week later, here we are.

Within the same week, lucky we were able to hire a decent cook, though all of them are just assistants but eventually, they'll become full-time chefs like us.

Currently, I'm taking this order from a private room. Usually, the waiter or waitress would deliver this, but there are rare times that the chef themselves serves the ordered dishes to the customers.

Right now I'm doing it because there is no other staff available, not that I mind since I rarely go out of the kitchen during work hours.

The girls could have helped us with this, but none of them were interested in doing so. Echidna was doing her research on Lucifer's blood which is surprising that she was even allowed to take a sample of her blood.

And Lucifer herself prefers doing paperwork rather than serving these mortals according to her.

Not that I blame the queen, besides she's good at doing paperwork and because of her efforts there was no need to fear potential business enemies or threats, not that they had a chance though.

I finally arrived at my destination, and the people I saw were exactly the 'lead' we've been looking for, the very reason for this whole establishment. Demon Slayers.

"Oh! Our orders are finally here thank the gods. I'm starving."
