On getting to my apartment, I laid in the bathtub for some minutes with the tap on I was so carried away in my own world that I didn't realize the bathroom was getting flooded. I tried to put of the tap but it was a bit stiff and using call my faustration on it, it spoilt and the water was rushing even more then the bell rang. I wrapped my towel around my body and quickly put my bathroom on before going to get the door, i checked from the door hole, it was the delivery guy.

I totally forgot I ordered something before I went over to Audrey's place.

"Hey"I said opening the door for him to enter

He dropped the package on the table and turned to me

"Um.. so where do I sign?" I asked

"Right here" he said giving me the book

"My hands are a bit wet, could you please" I said

"Sure" he said helping me out

Just then water flew to the living room

"Shit, I almost forgot" I said rushing back to the bathroom

"Do you need help?"I heard him ask from the living room

"A little"I said and he came

"Tools?" He asked and I rushed to get them

"Here"I said giving him the box of tools

Within ten minutes he managed to fix it but we were both soaking wet and my apartment was not to write about

"Thanks"I said

"You know you can move into my house if you don't mind"he said and I actually blushed. Was he flirting with me?. Come to think of it he was cute, his blue eyes giving me chills down my spine, his sharp jawline like those if actors, his small pink juicy lips calling my attention, his brown and full well shsrped eyebrows, his thick and long eyelashes twinkling at a time. Because of the situation I didn't notice all these but I'm not buying it.

" Thanks, I will rather move to an hotel" I said

"Alright, do you have plans for this summer?"

He asked

" Second time I'm being asked that question today" I said

" It's normal" he said

" Well, I'm putting one into consideration" I said

" Well, I have a better offer. Here, tickets to these new hotel in Miami" he said giving me the card with the address on it.

" Well, I'll try. I'm not assuring you though" I said

"I'll be expecting you" he said winking before he left and I just shook my head.

My apartment was a mess, I think I need to settle things with Audrey or better still I'll just go home.

Well, I was standing in front of my house with my luggage.

" OMG!, What do we have here?" Layani said as I entered

" Dear, you came home" mum said rushing to hug me

" Why are you here?" Laila said

" My apartment is not in good shape, I'll be staying here for a while" I said

" What happened to you and Audrey" Dad asked as he entered the living room

"I've forgotten you're her dad not mine" I said sarcastically as Mary ( helper) took my luggage to my room

" She explained to me" Dad said

" She's really sorry for speaking to you like that" mum said

" What happened to our independent lady" Luke said descending the stairs

"Luke, my jobless elder brother" I said

" Mum, I won't spare her" he said

" Just over look it Luke, stop running your mouth Luna" mum said

" So where are your shameless husbands" I asked my two sisters (elder and younger)

" They are at work" Laila said

" They're working yet homeless that they are staying in their in laws place" I said

"Luna, I think we should get you to your room" mum said

" At least we're married" Layani said

" But I'm richer than your husbands put together" I said and Longe laughed

" Luna!, Enough" Dad said

" Fine, I'll go to my room. I won't be here for long, so I just wanted to chip chat with my siblings" I said

"You are superb, just that you insult me to much" Longe said

" I'm preparing you for the world out there" I said

"I really want to be like you" he said

"And not marry on time" Laila said

" At least I'll be able to Carter for my needs and not be a burden on mum and dad" he said and I gave him an high five

"Longe," mum said

"Aren't you going for basketball training"Luke asked

"I'll be on my way then" Longe said but I gave him some stack of note before he left

"You're spoiling him"mum said

"I'l like to rest" I said ascending the stairs

" She's so proud and arrogant" Luke said

" She's not wrong either, you're all disappointment" dad said before leaving

"But .. mum I...

" Laila, go help Mary in the kitchen" mum said cutting her shut

" Darn it!" Layani cursed
