XIU MEI's MOUNTAIN VILLA

Xiu Mei wakes up in the morning feeling completely fresh. It's been long she had such a great sleep and did not wake up even once in the night.

She smelled something, 'Mmmm! What nice fragrance!'

"Good morning sunshine", a male voice wished her.

"Good morning" she replied happily

"It seems you had a great sleep last night"

"Yaa…. Amazing…..It's been a while I had such.....???" she frowned and swiftly turned her head to look up.

Feng Jianyu smiled at her charmingly.

She frowned upon finding him so close to her face, feeling something odd, she tried to analyse her awkward position without moving an inch.

Feng Jianyu's both arms were at her back and he was holding her close to his chest. They were practically sleeping on a single passenger seat of a car, covered in a blanket. To be more appropriate she was sleeping over him.

She peeked under the blanket and noticed his shirt was tightly clutched in her hands. Because of her tight grip, few buttons of his shirt has cracked open and she could touch his chiselled body.

Finding it impossible she shook her head and murmured, 'NO NO…. Xiu Mei this is a dream… A scary dream… Nothing is true, you are not sleeping with the monster. Just close your eyes once and this bad dream will be over'

Feng Jianyu "…."

He was noticing every expression of her, since the beginning.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. The moment she took a deep breath, his masculine minty musky fragrance lingered in her breath, 'Oh no! Why this fragrance seems so real?' she mumbled.

In trepidation, she peeked through her right eye and looked up at him to check if he was still there or not, 'Still there?' her expression paled.

She could feel her heart running faster than her supercomputer. Holding her breath she courageously asked, "Is this a bad dream? Are you really Feng Jianyu? "

He raised his brows, "What do you think?"

His deep husky voice acted like a last straw for Xiu Mei's patience.

"Ahhhhhhh...… Get off me you lousy monster...….." she yelled at the top of her lungs and climbed on to the other seat pushing him roughly.

Feng Jianyu was stupefied by her overwhelmed reaction and moved aside to give her space.

Siting on to the other seat, Xiu Mei gawked at him with widened eyes, trying to read the situation in front of her. she was still panting as her poor heart beat erratically.

He raised his brows at her, "Mei, haven't you seen any handsome man early in the morning that you are astounded like this?" he said it as matter of fact.

Xiu Mei "..."

Looking at her bewildered reaction he was having a hard time to control his laughter. "Mei, If you'll keep staring at me like this you will fall for me" he teased her.

Xiu Mei "…."

She sneered, "CEO Feng, don't you have a better pickup line? This is the third time you are using this same boring line on me" Her tone mocked him brutally.

Stung by her mockery, Feng Jianyu hung his head. Holding his chest he pretended to wince in pain, "Ouchhh"

"What happen?" she come near him to hold his arm.

"Didn't you hear it?" He replied gritting his teeth.

Xiu Mei shook her head hysterically, "No… What did I miss?"

"My heartbreak, Mei" Removing his hand from his chest he gave a wide grin and asked her "Is this line better?"

Xiu Mei "….."

Giving him a disdained look she sat back on her seat. Rubbing her head she questioned frustratingly, "What the hell is happening here? Why didn't you wake me up last night? Why are you sleeping with me in the car? Above all why are we sleeping tog… cough… together?" her cheeks flushed red as she said last sentence but soon her anger pushed it down.

By now she had recalled whatever they had talked last night in the car, of course she doesn't know about the incident that happened after she had slept.

Feng Jianyu was a smart businessman, he was well versed in the technique of turning the unfavorable situation into the favorable one. To handle her heavy questions and to escape this tricky situation, he counter-attacked her with his own questions, "Wait a second! Are you blaming me for all this? Do you think it was my idea to sleep in the car with you? Do you know what you did to me last night?" he behaved as if it was her fault last night.

Xiu Mei did not believe any of his nonsense, she scowled at him, "Don't talk in a roundabout way. You better come clear Feng Jianyu. If any of this is your fault I swear I will throw you out of my villa." She swings her finger while looking at him.
