The battlefield crackled with tension as Chu Yan initiated a stabbing attack, met by Belarion swift response, wielding his glaive with precision. 

At the crucial juncture, just before their weapons made contact, the spear shifted ever so slightly in the opposite direction. 

The minute adjustment, mere centimetres in distance, had unforeseen consequences.

This subtle movement created an opening, allowing Chu Yan to execute an incredible maneuvers. 

As the glaive made contact with the shifted spear, the force intended to transmit between the weapons was disrupted, its impact lessened. 

In that fleeting moment, Chu Yan seized the opportunity with astounding agility.

With lightning reflexes, Chu Yan dismounted from his horse, leaping into the air with astonishing acrobatics.
