People with innate strength if they grow up, they are destined for greatness. 

In Yan, there is Dugu Yi, Dian Wei, Jiang Fei, Jiang Yu to Ma Chao to name a few. 

In the Great Steppe, there is also a few dozen great warriors that is born with innate strength. It is the same for Roma and Yindu and any other land presumably. 

These people who were born with innate strength, could change the direction of the battle, determine the world situation and create history with their own hands and the strength that they possess.

Some of them become great general that defends the border, some become a warlord that conquer the world and some become kings and emperors

In the ancient past, it is these people that shines the brightest. 

Most of those who live during a world filled with Mana, Qi, or whatever you want to call it, have great powers and great abilities.
