{In the 270 worlds we have discovered, so far, people reincarnate. There are times where people also keep their memories. These people have never told us what after death is like. The reason we've found through an esteemed Soul Sage, is that those who reincarnate with their memories have a Soul Seal on them that prohibits giving out certain information through any means.

The reason we haven't cracked these things is because we know little about the soul and, of what we do know, we can't do anything about these seals. They keep killing the person before we can analyze even part of it.

As for our world, it's in between the territory of the Gold Fire Dynasty and the Star States Conglomerate. The common folk aren't ready for the announcement of the other worlds so the two super powers have left us alone for now. It's apparently because of a treaty between all powers that rule over more than 10 planets.}

[Umm... you said there were 270 planets but, the total is definitely more than that?]

Yes, my butler was also named Sebastian. The difference was I speak the police officer's name with slight annoyance while I speak the Butler's name with slight respect. After all, this man took care of me for 41 years of my life.

Before I bid him goodbye a metaphorical light bulb lit up.

"Could you tell them I have a surprise for them if it's not too much trouble?"
