When the door opened, an unfamiliar yet familiar scene met Julian. The room was dark as always but there was someone missing. The person who always looked at him when he opened that door and welcomed him home was not there. He felt uncomfortable for some reason, this was the first time in a while that he came home early. But still he routinely went to take a shower without much thought.

When he came out, he forgot to bring another towel for his hair again and this time there wasn't anyone waiting to give him that towel so he himself got it and dried his hair whilst dripping water on the floor. When he came to the living room, he heard the door open and unconsciously his eyes followed the sound. Kaia came in and he (Julian) looked at him for a short while. For some reason Julian didn't like the idea of Kaia walking out that door and coming in late at night.

He (Julian) thought that the other person would ask about dinner as always and talk some nonsense but Kaia quietly made his way towards his room giving only a smile. This was unfamiliar to Julian and he felt awkward, as his eyes followed the man who walked towards his room he couldn't help but ask him, "...Dinner?".

Kaia stopped at his track and turned back and just said, "Ate " and went inside.

Julian was left dumbfounded, he didn't expect Kaia to react like that. He did eat dinner but somehow the idea of Kaia not making him dinner nor being there when the door opened didn't sit well with him.

After that night Kaia only made dinner for his portion and he completely stopped making lunch. He thought what's the point? It's a waste of food when there are other starving people in the world. However he still made breakfast. It's been a week or so since he started doing this and to be honest, he actually felt better and slept well at night. But he didn't know that Julian was feeling more and more awkward and confused about this sudden change.

It was just another day and this time before Julian left for work he anxiously turned back at Kaia and said, "I... Might need lunch today." and left. This was the first time that Julian voluntarily asked  him to make something. At this moment Kaia forgot all that has happened and with a hint of excitement replied, "Okay!"

He himself was suprised that he easily forgave Julian just like that. And so he happily planned and make preparations for lunch.

As he stood in front of the big building, he excitedly went inside with the lunch boxes. That's right he made a lot. It was still early but he couldn't wait to give the boxes. The security there knew him so this time he personally wanted to give the lunch boxes. As he made his way up to the top floor, he finally reached the CEO office and before he could go near the door Mr Han came and stopped him.

"Mr Kaia, Our CEO is.... busy right now."

Kaia looked at Mr Han and he knew that this man was being overworked and so he just said, "It's fine Mr Han, you take some rest you look like you worked all night I can give it to him. In fact I made too much so eat this for lunch " giving one of the boxes to Mr Han.

"But-.." before Han could finish Kaia went on reaching for the door knob to open the door to the office until he stopped midway. Mr Han knew why he did so cause if you're quiet you could hear the sound of lovers making love coming from inside the office.
