TAMAMO POV - NO - MAE

I opened my eyes and looked at the window, by the position of the sunlight it must still be in the morning, I also heard the sound of the birds.

I held out my hand towards the window, I always do this futile action every morning hoping that this desperate poison was just a nightmare that I could wake up from, but then the bucket of cold water called reality is thrown at me just to remind me that my situation is not a nightmare that will disappear when I wake up.

But it didn't happen today, looking at my hand I don't see any dark spots on my skin caused by the poison, I also didn't feel the pain that always tortures me every second in the past few months.

"What happened?" that was the only question that is in my head.

Wondering if this was just a beautiful dream or reality I decided to get up from my futon and went towards the mirror of my room, I could barely walk without stumbling after being in bed for several months unable to get up because of the poison.

when I look in the mirror I am surprised by what I see.
