Relations

The deafening sound of people going on with their lives would fill Shin's head and overwhelm him as he rushed through the crowd, Eugene holding his arm. He looked around at the many faces and creatures around him. He was amazed by all the colors that felt oh so familiar, yet at the same time, so new. He felt like he was reentering life just like a newborn.

"Hey, don't slow us down, we do not want to be stuck here for long. Said Eugene with a little of urgency but excitement as if he found something pretty and wanted to show his parents. "We are almost to the church just hanging on for a bit more alright" Eugene expressed. Before the Shin could blink twice he would see a dramatic change in scenery instead of the tall Buildings, food stalls and shiny jewelry. To small run down houses some tents people begging on the streets and kids playing in the mud Shin has now entered the slums of Graywharf.

A place where if you wanted something, you have to use force and show your authority to not be messed with, that's place Shin has entered. Despite all of that he still feels at ease, and he thinks it's because of Eugene and for that reason he really appreciates him for the first time.

"We are here, Hoooome" Eugene would yell as he had a big smile across his face. There would be kids playing the yard, some tall, some short, some closer to Shin's age and some super young, one they spotted Eugene they would all rush towards him.

"Where have you been Eugene? We thought you were gone for good." one kid asked

"You should go to Sister Sophia she was really worried about you." Another kid had said.

"Ah- you're totally right I bet she was really worried about me I should go and apologize. Eugene would state as he looked down in embarrassment a little. Oh and this person right here is my friend and y'all's new other brother Shin take good care of him because he doesn't know a damn thing about his past so show him the ropes." Eugene would announce.

"Hiii Shin, welcome to the family." all the kids would respond.

"Thank you for letting me in-" before Shin could finish his sentence a large scream followed by stomps would approach the group. It was a nun with blonde hair and blue eyes, Shin would look at Eugene and back at the nun and make the connection that they were related as they looked awfully alike blonde hair and blue eyes and energetic which Shin deducted.

"Eugene, you think you can just leave and come back with random people" the nun would yelp.

"Sorry sis I just had some business to attended to, and plus my new friend here had no place to go with no family so what better place than an orphanage, plus we need people around our age to help around here." Eugene would respond

"Okay I'll allow your friend to stay but you should not be leaving like this you had us all worried you know. The nun would say as she faced towards Shin, hi nice to meet you my name is sister Sophia what is your name" Sister Sophia would ask.

"Hello my name is Shin, nice to meet you too" Shin would respond.

"Can you even call yourself sister you're not even an official nun" Eugene would state making a snarky grin.

"Even though I'm not a nun I can still help you meet your creator sister Sophia would counter, making Eugene back down. Well anyways Shin you can stay here with us but you will have to pull your weight around here." Sophia stated.

"Yes ma'am I'll try my best thank you for helping me by letting me stay here" Shin would respond.

"Good that you understand and also don't have to say ma'am I'm only 1 years older then you Sophia would say. Alright everyone let's go inside and I'll start making lunch."

"Welp welcome to my home Shin. I hope you like it here." Eugene would say as he headed towards the orphanage. Shin would follow behind letting out a little smile, he doesn't remember a lot but he knows this is a good place for sure.
