With a swift gesture, Kai assumes control over the potent energy of the seven sins that permeate Slaughter City's surroundings. The sky above the Slaughter City darkened, and a loud rumbling sound echoed through the City, awakening everybody from their thoughts and striking fear in their minds.
Kai directed his gaze to Serpent Demon, who was standing before him with an Intense frown on his face; as he could feel how terrifying Kai had become in just a second, he felt threatened by the Current Kai. Therefore he didn't wait for Kai to make any move before he rushed toward Kai with his spear; his speed was as fast as ever; however, in the current Kai's eyes, it was like a snail crawling forward.
