Wings Forgotten Part 2

Faye's POV

I did not talk to her immediately. I was just watching her from afar. She is so patient. How could she wait patiently like this in this kind of situation?

I guess if you really have more time in your hands and got nothing else to do.

"Why are you back here?" The woman wearing an all black clothing looked at me with curiosity. I guess she noticed my presence.

"I need your help," I said directly.

She's still outside Edgar's house watching him closely incase he runs away.

"Help? My help? You know that my kind don't offer 'help' for free."

I am already shivering because our surroundings is heavily covered with snow but the weather seems to really have no effect on her. "I need to talk to the Angels." I hid my hands in the pockets of my coat but it's not doing anything to me. Sometimes, I wish I have the same ability as this half-demon. The cold, the heat, and other things don't affect her at all. The coat she's wearing is just for show so she could act 'normal'.
