Wil and a few leaders of other medium-sized guilds are enjoying delicacies while discussing how to stop Bran's tyranny.

Suddenly, various sounds are heard from the street, especially the screech of a bird. It was too loud to ignore.
"What is it?" Wil asked in a bad mood.
One of them spoke in a panic tone as he read the message, "It's the Phoenix."
"A phoenix? That means Siren is here?" Wil stood up from the seat and left the restaurant only to see the road was blocked by the soldiers of the Empire from the entrance of the gate to the palace.
Meanwhile, a unit that contained hardly 10 elves is marching towards the palace with a palanquin in the middle. Empress of the Elven Empire is sitting inside of it.
