Underestimating myself

"Natty ever since I have known you", I have always seen a ravaging fire burning in your eyes and I know you have the competence to be my assistant so just put your signatures here and prove it to the whole world that a lady can achieve a lot of things when she has the passion.

Mr Anderson....

I told you to call me Hayden, our relationship has advanced a lot so I call you your nickname and you call me my name but you will soon get used to it, sign the papers and let's get to work. I have thousands of meetings to attend.

I felt somehow but my heart kept telling me to sign the papers and chase my biggest dream. I slowly took the pen and stylishly I put my signatures on all the paperwork's which made me officially Hayden Anderson's personal assistant.

I am a bit tensed, I said loudly facing him with a pale face.

Ok then I will give you a day to mentally prepare for this job. Tomorrow you will officially be my secretary", he said with seriousness.

He flashed me a broad smile and looked at my full heart lips. It felt awkward because I knew what could happen anytime from now. I was dumbstruck and I didn't know what to say. I slowly stood up because I knew our conversation had come to an end then I replied him...

"Yes Mr Anderson",I whispered with a pale look.

As I was moving out of the office, all I could feel was his hot gaze on my body as I turned and walked slowly towards the door then I heard him say..

" Don't worry Natty, you will learn a lot of new things from me "

I looked back and nodded then I left but my mind couldn't forget his words. What does he mean as new things I thought, maybe I was overreacting but I sure knew something was wrong with the CEO's new behavior.

I kept on rolling to and fro on the bed and couldn't get a nice sleep because I kept on thinking about his words. To be sincere I didn't understand how to mentally prepare for the job but I knew i t was getting too fast for me to handle. As I kept thinking and fighting with my thoughts my phone buzzed and I had to attend to the message.

"What!!!", I screamed after reading the heartbreaking and painful message. It was the most terrible message I had received today.

" How..How...How" could he do this to me, why...I cried silently and prayed for my worst nightmare to end. My brown hazel eyes became swollen and I slowly drifted into a terrible and forceful sleep.
