Throwback:His cold gaze

I tried to fake a smile to overshadow my nervousness and I prayed silently.

He was dressed in a blue suit with a white inner and he had this cold gaze that wanted to tear me apart.

"Sit!! He commanded.

I managed to greet them politely.

Yea Miss kana have your sit the interview begins now.

So we start with your introduction,

I introduced myself and started to talk about my resume.Although, I had just graduated from the university with no working experience but I have the passion and interest in working in this company and I also have a part time job working experience.I have good and decent distinctions and all this can add to my little experience.

After introducing myself,the young lady and the old man sitted started to question me about my plans for the company, leadership role,community building and lots more that I was well prepared for. The questions were so standard but they had simple and innocent answers.I felt I was getting the job till I heard the cold man speak,after all I didn't know his name.

" Miss kana, hmm I loved your introduction but what inspired and gave you the passion to work at this company?

I was a bit nervous after the question but I had to nail the interview.

My grandmother inspired me.Normally there are turns of incidents that made me yearn more to work in this company. My grandmother loved painting,decoration and planning and anytime I saw her design any commodity I felt proud.

When my grandmother was wrongly accused years back a man who was also the founder of Anderson and Rays helped her then though she later died but I'd promised to take her job as a profession and pay back the nice man,

I told them more instances that inspired me and luckily my voice came out with confidence and strength.

"Hmm I see...

So if your grandmother wasn't a designer,you won't be one too.

I sat up straight for my second question from the cold man.

I would be a designer if that's what destiny has for me and aside from my grandmother I love designing and planning.Its fabulous to design commodities and products that will be at a subsidized rate and help save lives.

" Hmm Miss kana you said something about a product you saw?

Yes sir I saw a product produced by this company which was at a subsidized and affordable price and this really helped save lives though I might be good at designing but I am a good planner.I can help plan about the designs and marketing strategy to be used.

"Nice Miss kana you are multi talented, he stressed my name which made me nervous.

Miss you may take your leave now the interview has officially ended.

I had mixed feelings about the interview. I was nervous about the results and happy I didn't lose my confidence.

I sat carefully on the metallic seat placed.

Oh my gosh,since he is here then I must return his filthy money but I don't even know maybe he works here or even his name.

I'll try another day if I don't catch up with him today,I muttered.
