I quit

Throughout the day, Hayden tried to talk to me but I kept on ignoring him and focusing on my job. I felt embarrassed for having sex with my boss and it made my bright face pale. Soon we were done with work for the day and I immediately rushed home cause I couldn't bare the choking air.

I felt relieved when I got home and took a cup of hot chocolate, it made my whole body relax. After having my bath and trying to get my mind off the odd feeling I decided I was going to stop working in Anderson and Rays company. That was the only way I could get myself out of the whole mess. After battling with all my thoughts, I finally slept peacefully.

The next day I quickly rushed to work after having breakfast. I needed to see Mr Anderson urgently cause I was informed he was going on a official trip this week which could be any day. I arrived at the front of his office in no time and soon the door opened.

I could only notice his beautiful face and his well packed hair. He looked so cute and his scent filled the air. I couldn't hear anything he was saying even though I saw the movement of his lips. He was the cutest guy I had ever seen. I immediately snapped out of my thoughts when I heard him clearing his throat.

"Are you here to admire me all day long", Hayden asked making me embarrassed. I knew I had to be damn serious so I tried to keep a straight face and replied him. "Mr Anderson I just wanna tell you I quit", I can't possibly work with you anymore. I feel like a cheap whore who slept her way up. I knew you being kind to me all of a sudden was strange but didn't expect it to be for this reason. We are both two grown adults, what happened between us could happen to anybody so let's forget about all that and act like nothing happen, I know it feels strange but I'd prefer not working for your company again. Here are all the necessary documents and my resignation letter, I said dropping the files on his table and turning my back to leave.

"Hold on Natrina. I heard him say calling me by my full name. I thought you are a well educated lady and should have read through your application letter really well before bringing a resignation letter. He stood up and walked slowly to where I was staying then he pulled me closer to him. "I love smart, spicy, stubborn and beautiful ladies and you are the best definition of all that", he whispered to my ears. You quitting now means you give up easily and according to your qualities you don't, anyways if you wanna leave my company unannounced you have to pay a sum of $20000 to clear all damages baby girl, he whispered as a devilish smile curled to his lips. I tried fighting myself off his large hands but he held me tightly to him.

He released his grip and mumbled softly, "Natty what ever happened between us was a mistake that could happen between any two adults and if you wanna leave my company so badly you have to work for an extra year unless you want to pay for all damages" He smirked and went back to his seat, It's your choice baby girl, I heard him say again sarcastically.
