Thunder Temple (7)

With the signal given there was no longer any need to hold back. Thus the Thunder and Wind Spirits began swelling with power and swirling around me. The speed at which this happened would have been blinding to anyone without an understanding of the Dao of thunder. That or a Dao Source Realm or above. The density of energy only continued to grow in strength as the spin continued.

I could feel my Knowledge Sea slowly begin to swirl with the flow. And a faint stormy presence began to form across the periphery of my Knowledge Sea. The swirling grew more fierce as time went on. It honestly seemed no different than a storm on the vast ocean. Cloud began to generate rapidly and rollinto and around each other. Causing lightning to strike within my Knowledge Sea. With each strike I could feel a change in the nature of my Knowledge Sea.

The first layer of Spirits had been slowly approaching my body. And before I knew it they had formed the very first ring of Thunder around my Knowledge Sea. This led to the second layer of the sphere outside to slowly begin its condensation into my Knowledge Sea.

Another very important effect this had was on the strength of the turbulence within my Knowledge Sea. It grew in turbulence at twice the rate from the first layer. If I hadn't already understood this was going to grant me a truly mighty Knowledge Sea then I might have quit. The pain and suffering from this situation was not small. But, compared to what the Open Heaven Realm Breakthrough will be like this is absolutely nothing. Best to get focused and just take it.

The second Layer finished and formed its ring around my Knowledge Sea. During this time my Knowledge Sea began expanding rapidly. Thus so did the storm. Not just because the Sea grew larger but also the third layer began condensing and slowly improving my Knowledge Sea. The strength of the turbulence was now again growing at 2 times the rate it was with the second layer.

~~A few hours later~~

I have just now completed the 5th layer. There are only two that remain. However, this time was far from the same. While the strength of the storm and turbulence were still growing. I felt there was another disturbance. Something that was not in relation to the Spirits.

A massive creature manifestation appeared from the depths of my Knowledge Sea. It was shrouded in a similar mysterious energy that covered the information on where the Sub Tree was located. However, This one felt more like a self imposed restriction. Almost as if I had purposely hid the knowledge of this creature from myself. Apparently the turbulence had brought this back to the surface.

The manifestation didn't seem hostile. Rather it seemed as though it was a part of me to begin with. It was a side of myself that had been shrouded over time for whatever reason. So I could only monitor its movements over time. "I might have to ask my father about this as well. With his ability it would be easy for him to uncover this shroud." I thought to myself.

As the turbulence continued, the creature swam through the water and flew through the skies. Like it was a master of both. Its movements were regal and elegant, like a Divine Spirit.

~~Several more hours later~~

The ritual reached a critical point. Lightning striking! Thunder crashing! Tornadoes twisting! Clouds rolling. Sea Quaking.. Saying that my Knowledge Sea became chaotic… Well, it was an understatement. The creature manifestation seemed to love these events and welcomed them.

My Knowledge Sea slowly began to calm down. Forever changed into something… Far different from before. As the chaos turned to order the creature slowly lost its veil of restriction. Once it was revealed I almost couldn't believe it.

"A dragon! It's truly the manifestation of a dragon! Then… is that monster core… a Dragons Core! I need to speak with my father as soon as possible. I may require his help in the future. After all, there are no Dragon Race in the Void World. At least none that I know of. Though I think I'll be fine to continue as is for now." I shouted out into my Knowledge Sea.

The Dragon left for the periphery of my Knowledge Sea. Likely to have more room to Swim around without having to worry about crossing over itself. I quickly turned my attention to inspect the changes in my Knowledge Sea. They were not small. I felt as though I had become whole. Like I had been missing this part of me without knowing it.

"I feel… Powerful. No, I am powerful. This change has greatly increased my ability." I said, as I scanned my Knowledge Sea.

The things I found in the sea were quite interesting. There remained several hurricanes and tornadoes littered throughout. However, it felt calm and peaceful. Like my Knowledge Sea was only growing in strength. The storms nurturing my soul.

"With such a powerful Knowledge Sea it's no wonder the Cultivation world feared the laste senior Fang Qing. I might even have to hold back considerably now. Oh! I know. Perhaps, Father, could take me out of the Void World or find a senior to come and spare with me. I'll ask him about this when I see him next." I said.

~~In Blue Sky Pass~~

"And this is the order we will follow… Aaa… Aaa choo!" Yang Kai said sneezing. Then followed by many, many more.

"Team leader is everything alright? You're sneezing again. It seems quite bad this time." Feng Ying said, slightly worried.

"No, I am fine. Rather it seems like my son… has a few questions for me. Give me a moment." Yang Kai said.

"Why don't you bring him out? You keep talking about this boy of yours but I've never seen him." Feng Ying said, hinting that she was more than a little bit curious.

"Yes, let's see the boy!" the rest of the team said.

"I guess it wouldn't be a problem. I'll… bring him out… Damn he grew so much already!" Yang Kai said, as he passed his divine sense over me.

"What? Is something wrong?" Feng Ying asked.

"You'll see for yourself in a moment." Yang Kai responded quickly.
