"So, you're saying that a hunter has returned from a dungeon that has been closed."

An old man in his seventies asked with a slightly surprised expression. He had a muscular physique with gray hair, green eyes, and numerous scars on his body.

His name was Go Gunhee, the strongest hunter in Korea. He was also among the first hunters in Korea. Aside from that he was also the future Association President of the Hunter Association in Korea.

Before awakening, he was a successful businessman, one of the richest men in the entire Korea. His influence was enough to even cause the authoritative politicians to change their decisions.

He had only awakened a few years ago and just these few years of being a hunter, he found his age catching up to him.

As for those scars, the equipment of the humans was not strong enough to go against the magical beasts so most of the time, they had to resort to hand-to-hand fights which resulted in receiving so many scars from battle...

A young man around the age of 24, nodded his head, replying. "The name of the hunter is Sung Il-Hwan. He is currently getting treatment at Seoul's Ilshin Hospital. According to the other hunters, he got stuck in an already cleared gate, failing to get out in time. But after half an hour, he mysteriously appeared in the same spot as the gate."

Go Gunhee furrowed his brows, listening to the young man's report.

"Get the car ready. I want to meet him."

"Yes, Sir" The young man nodded respectfully before retreating.

Go Gunhee stared outside from the glass window, lost in thought.

'How is it possible? Does it mean others can also return back if they get stuck inside a gate? But... there is something... something which is missing. It bothers me a lot.'

He just had a weird feeling in his heart.

"Sir, the car is ready!" A few minutes later, his inner monologue was interrupted by the young man from before who reported politely.

Go Gunhee nodded his head and walked out of his office.

"Sir, here are your keys to your new villas?"

A young woman wearing a professional business outfit gave a coy look to the young man standing in front of her.

Despite him not wearing anything too fancy, the young man bought two large villas that were side by side, with the price of tens of millions of Korean won in just a single payment.

At first, she was a little hesitant but now she thanked god for not offending the young man because she had scored a big deal. She would be going to receive a huge bonus for this...

'And if I will get close to him then...'

She thought with a sly smile as she bit her lower lip.

Jason easily read her out and smiled, not caring about the sensual and flirty signals she was giving him. "Thank you,"

He had already realized her intention when he found her opening her shirt button to show her cleavage after she returned with the deal papers.

"It's a pleasure, Sir." The young woman slightly rubbed her thumb on his during the handshake, giving a sensual look.

"If you need anything, you can call me anytime~"

Jason smiled, taking his hand back, "Alright. I'll keep it in mind."

After sending her back, Jason waved around his hand, forming a barrier around the place.

Opening the system panel, he used the new feature that he had received after Rin's upgrade.

'Design and Creation!'

Jason found himself in a small subspace, with multiple panels hovering around in the air.

Rin appeared beside him, wearing her distinctive maid outfit that outlined her all curves perfectly.

"Create a holographic picture of the villas."

Instantly a small 3D model of the villas appeared in front of him.

'Interesting!'

Jason smiled and slowly separated both the villas into pieces.

"First, create a huge basement below. We'll set up our workshop there."

Rin smiled and touched a few panels. Instantly a huge rectangle-shaped part of the ground vanished. The depth of the hole was around 50 meters, enough to accommodate even a dragon inside.

Rin moved around and followed Jason's orders as she easily set up the distribution of the space.

Jason had set up a huge workshop where he could do everything, even including a training ground.

As for an AI like Jarvis, with Rin beside him, why would he ever need anyone else?

After finishing with the basement, Jason began with the living space for everyone which he already had a layout in his mind.

Beginning from the entrance, there was a small hall to the right. Stairs that would take one to the first floor were on the left. To the right was a large storage room.

The hall led to the living room with enough space to accommodate everyone. To the right of the living room was a spacious kitchen with a large dining hall where twenty people could easily sit together. Further right was a big bathroom.

There was also a reading room left to the living room while the hall further led to the entrance to the garage.

Adding a few more details, he moved to the first floor. The first floor had six rooms with a bathroom attached to each. Aside from that, there was also another large bathroom far to the very right, where another staircase was placed to go down to the ground floor.

There was another staircase beside the main stairway which led to the second floor where there were six more rooms with a bathroom attached. 

Jason even placed two lifts one on each side to make it more comfortable for everyone to move around.

Jason built another floor where he set up his high-tech computers and other stuff related to research. He had placed an illusion array on the walls to hide it from everyone's eyes.

Even if someone saw it from outside, they would never see a thing, taking the villa as a two-floored one.

Outside, in front of the villa, a large lawn was left for gardening or planting things.

Left to the villa had a huge ass garage which was also built so that it had three floors, two below the ground, so it was easy to store more vehicles and stuff.

The last was behind the villa where Jason had built a large pool, enough for dozens of people to accommodate so if all the girls and he would play inside, they would not feel crowded.

Giving it a finishing touch, Jason finalized it.

Rin smiled and made the adjustments before she and Jason stepped out of the zone.

When Jason looked at his newly bought villa again, he saw that the two villas had been already replaced with the one that Jason had just now built with Rin.

Everything was exactly the same as he designed. 

Jason excitedly stepped inside and observed the place. Feeling satisfied, he brought out the girls to let them take a look while he went to the basement.

All the stuff that he had brought from the three worlds was already arranged in the place when Jason was setting up the place.

"Rin, can I leave the data connection and other required stuff to you?"

[Okay, Master.]

A beautiful young woman wearing a maid outfit appeared in front of Jason and smiled, her eyes shining with a bright light.
