"Huh? A kid? Is there such a shortage of hunters that they even let a kid join the raid?"

While the helicopter was flying towards its destination, one of the hunters looked at Jason and his group, speaking sarcastically.

Jason turned to him and realized that it was a young man with a head full of brown hair. He had a robust physique with an average face with a cut mark going vertically over his left eye, standing out the most.

The hunter chuckled, thinking that Jaaon was scared, continuing. "Hey, kid! Do you bring your diaper with you? You might wet your pants later. Ha ha ha ha..."

Along with him, a few more hunters smirked.

"You!..." Sung Il-Hwan clenched his fists, angry at them.

Jason stopped him and grinned, his eyes hiding an evil glint. "I might not need it but you will!"

A big blast of Haki originated from him and passed through all the hunters, shaking them to their core.

All of them felt a sudden electric shock, their mind buzzing, feeling trapped in an endless abyss while two big eyes stared at them playfully.

The scar-faced hunter shivered in his spot, his eyes trembling non-stop. His forehead and back were instantly drenched in sweat, looking terrified.

Jason chuckled and moved to other hunters and everyone who just laughed at him didn't dare even to match his eye level anymore, averting their gazes instantly.

But one man, that one hunter, stared at Jason, refusing to back down.

The man was a muscular and handsome young man with dark yellow eyes and long black hair.

'Interesting! He seems like an Asian, maybe a Chinese perhaps... And his magical energy is way higher than any other hunter. Maybe just Go Gunhee can match him...'

Liu Zhigang was one of the youngest and strongest hunters in China. He wouldn't have participated if not for the huge reward promised to the hunters.

He was getting bored from the wait for the past few days, wanting to finish it quickly, and returned to his home.

Getting on the helicopter with some unknown hunters was pretty tiring and boring for the man when he heard a hunter messing with the kid.

Out of curiosity, Liu Zhigang observed the kid and the other two hunters beside the youngster.

'Hmm, the old man is no joke. His magical energy is off the charts. In direct confrontation, I might not be a match at all. As for the young man, he is decent. At least better than these idiots... But that kid, I cannot feel anything at all. If not for being in front of my eyes, I might not even have noticed his presence at all. He must be a very strong Assassin-type hunter...'

Heok!

The strong Chinese hunter was observing with his sharp senses when he froze, his body shivering and all the hairs on his body standing at their ends.

Turning his gaze to that kid, he was surprised to find that the one who was the strongest was not the middle-aged man but that weak-looking kid.

'This trip is not going to be as boring as I previously thought, huh? What an immense magical power! And his presence is also no joke!... Man, seriously, I never thought there would be a monster hidden beside me...'

The youngster turned to Liu Zhigang and stared at him, both of them in a standoff with neither wanting to lose.

'Hmph! No way in hell, I am not going to lose to a kid.'

Jason was also amused as if he had found some sort of toy, his grin turning wider with his eyes lit up in a red glow.

Liu Zhiganag couldn't help but smile too, his eyes bright yellow.

But despite their excitement, both of them restrained their auras to not damage the helicopter.

The atmosphere turned heavier with each passing moment, and the other hunters were very uncomfortable. Yet no one dared to open his mouth, scared of offending them.

'We are no fools to step between these two... They are in a league of their own...'

After what seemed like an eternity, the helicopter finally landed.

Liu Zhiganag chuckled and closed his eyes, stepping back. "You're interesting, Kid. What's your name?"

Jason smirked, replying in the man's native language. "It's common manners to introduce yourself first before asking someone's name, Mister."

"Oh, you know Chinese. You're getting more interesting." The slim man stood up and extended his hand. "Liu Zhigang from China. And you?"

Jason grabbed it and replied, shaking hands with the Chinese man. "Jason from South Korea!"

Liu Zhigang seemed genuinely surprised. "South Korea, huh? You don't seem Korean at all. Anyway, it's nice meeting you."

"Likewise," Jason smiled and the Chinese man turned around to walk away.

Sung Il-Hwan asked, confused. "What just happened?"

Jason shook his head. "Nothing much. I just found an interesting person. Let's go!"

Jason walked down followed by Sung Il-Hwan and Go Gunhee.

Just as they stepped down, they were greeted by hundreds of people with different shapes and colors, draped in all kinds of gear.

Jason closed his eyes and observed everyone with his observation haki.

'Not bad. Not bad at all. There are some decent hunters in this crowd.'

Opening his eyes, he turned to the right, his eyes piercing through the group of hunters, landing on a huge, muscular man with long blonde hair, red eyes, a toothy smile, an overgrown blonde goatee, and black tattoos.

The man was giving off the vibe of a small tank, his magical energy scaring the other hunters standing beside him.

The said man felt a weird stare and turned his head but by that time Jason had diverted his attention to someone else, causing him to rub the back of his head in confusion.

By then, Jason was observing a muscular young man with wavy brown hair that was shaved on both sides of his head with blue eyes. His gear gave him the image of a mage.

'Interesting!'

Jason rubbed his chin, his eyes moving to an Asian young man, wielding a huge sword, giving the vibe of a warrior or berserker.

Aside from them, there was a young woman draped in long oceanic blue hair, draped in the robe of a priest while holding a book.

'She must be a healer! But man, their magical energy is off the charts compared to everyone else. Well, Go Gunhee can easily go toe to toe with them, aside from that huge tank. He is dangerous for our future association president.'

Sung Il-Hwan was amazed by the spectacle, his eyes shining brightly, clearly excited.

"So, that's how it feels like when hundreds of the world's strongest hunters gathered in a spot."

Jason smiled at his words, his eyes lit with excitement.

'The raid has officially begun!'
