THE TWO FACTIONS

Two points were wrong in Wu Jinhai's statement.

Firstly, Wu Jinhai's house was in the middle of the forest, and it was no different from staying in the forest when night finally came.

Second, Wu Jinhai said that the door of his house would always be opened to welcome his wife, but Bai Chen was not his wife, for God's sake!

Bai Chen wanted to scream right in Wu Jinhai's face, and maybe he could throw a punch or two as well, but he held himself back even though his head was fuming from the inside.

"I want to return to my palace as soon as possible!" Gritting his teeth, Bai Chen replied to Wu Jinhai's careless statement.

Of course, it was a careless statement from Wu Jinhai because the two points said by the man were meaningless. Bai Chen didn't want to care about every single word the taller man said, and that was why he glared at the man to make him stop talking nonsense.
